I have been to the town where I live about 3 times and it's always the same the butt-wipe at the counter says "SOLD OUT HAHAHAHA YOU WILL NEVER GET THEN I WILL RULE THE WORLD!"(eeerr oops I'm exagerating all he said was Sold out) and this is a toal bummer cos I want it NOW!! so anyone that does (you lucky people) have resistance tell me what it is like?

I am doing a project at school about WW2 and my teacher gave me the job of finding info on German Rail Guns and Artillery during WW2. I have tried looking on google.com but that could not find anything, so I tried joining a MOHAA forum (good game I think) but the forums were crappy. I know this is not a OFP topic but I have a good chance of getting a C for this project and so I turned to all the friendly people at this forum to help (like before when I asked for the Blackhawk photos) I am asking if anyone can post photos or Diagrams of the interior (something like blueprints) of German Rail Guns during WW2 I would appreciate it if you all will help me!

While navigating through the Movie topic on this forum it said on the topic Avon lady said they should make a cartoon series of OFP. I thought the idea was crazy but after 8 or so posts people seemed to like the idea of a animation series. Then it hit me, what if we were to somehow make a petition to vote for a OFP cartoon series, I also think if we do Avon Lady should lead the petition because it was her idea for an OFP animated series and if we do finish the petition I think we should give it to DIC entertainment. (the company that made the Sonic and Mario animated series which were great by the way and they should make another Video Game animated series this time OFP) So come on who's with me?

Sorry about the Hercules thing guess I got carried away but I haven't been on this furum long and I din't know there were topics about this already. Besides what are some of you thinking that the game should only be based around the infantry? it's the vehicles that make this game a first in history, the first game ever where you can control EVERY vehicle in the game and that I think is what makes OFP a unique masterpiece. I mean being a member of the special forces, only 3 in one group and 3 in the other, alone 6 men take out every Soviet soldier in the village only 2 survivors left and a Blackhawk comes down and picks you up. I have NEVER felt the same way about that in a video game before.

In the first series of OFP games there is not exactly a lot of planes is there? there was the A10 and the Frogfoot but thats it. I mean where is the F16, Harrier, Hercules, etc? I think they should put in a lot more planes

What good is a cartoon sereis if they show it at 2-6 am? kids will not be up at that time!

Eeeerrr a cartoon series for OFP? bit violent don't you think?

When playing OFP you have Hand Grenades at your diposal (of course! but when you usually throw them they always explode on impact be it Water grass concrete etc. Were they actually designed to do that in real life or is this sum kind of glitch?

I don't know why people think that an OFP movie would be so dull and think it would be some kind of straight to video movie which uses cheap actors. Blackhawk down was a great film and it used great actors like Josh Hatrnett. Maybe if they did make a film about it maybe they should have: Tom Cruise =Gastovski (after MI2 who else?) Josh Hartnett = Armstrong (after seeing him play as a soldier in BHD maybe he would suit the part) Samuel.L.Jackson/Wesley Snipes = Hammer (We need a famous black actor) Sam = Ben Affeleck? (I was stuck 4 sam so I decided to use Ben after his role in Pearl Harbor) I mean why do people think that the movies of games suck? Tomb Raider was a good film. P.S does any1 know when Blackhawk down comes out on DVD in the UK?

After the poll I made that said what people would like to see the most in OFP Resistance (sorry if it was TOO late but I had no idea it was coming out in 16 days or so) and the selection that completely dominated the poll was "Artillery" (HALLELUIJAH! ) and if I could I would have voted it myself but I can;t cos I created the topic. One reply that was left that had me in stitches said "it would be really funny to see the hands of God reign down on the dumb commies with 105mm Howitzers and see half the attacking force get wiped out by a single shell." I was wondering what you might think the funniest thing would be if you saw all the Ruskies get killed by Artillery. Some people were sad however that Artillery weren't in any of the original OFP's but you never know if someone makes a mod that includes an artillery let us all pray! "Our father in heaven wepray to you roday to grant us an Artillery and use it to reign down the powers of heaven (in this case 105mm howitzers) on the Russoan soldiers because they are the doers of Satan"

Just wanted to know what the most popular thing is for people to see in OFP:Resistance

Hmmm, I think I've encountered the same problem before but in this case it's the problem is air to air combat. I remember on the mission where you get to fly an Apache (the one where you go to defend Buffallo base) and when I come onto the village next to the Sea and Castle there's a Hind and like the madman I am I focus on nothing else but to take out that Hind!! I order the gunner to lock on the Hind but when I go to select the Hellfire (heat-seeking missile) the lock-on goes off. I fire anyway but the missile just goes in the straight line? so I'm forced to use the mini gun on it. The Hellfire wotks on tanks but it doesn't on helicopters!
