yes, I cannot copy the file using windows explorer. windows keep trying copy the file, until that a error message appears, that the file can´t be copied. There is no scratch, I can copy this file in another computer running w98, but I´m using win2k. I updated the cd layers, and the windows patches, but there is something at this file that my computer can´t read. Because that, I´m searching for a web site where I can download this file.

I had a problem with my cd, I could install the game, but during the instalation, the music.pbo wasn´t copied. To insatll the game I hadto copy all the file to the HD and install it from there, but I couldn´t copy the file mmusic.pbo, so, At the dta folder, I don´t have the music.pbo file and I can´t hear any music (I can hear the sounds, the radio, the shots...).

I can´t read the music.pbo from my cd. the game runs ok, but without music. there is any place where I can download this file??

I need that someone send a copy of stringtable.csv. I can´t install the game under win2000, because I can´t copy this file. So, I´m intending copy all the cd to the hard drive and install the game from the HD...

last night I installed the ASPI layers, but the error was the same...the system couldn´t copy the file.... I tried disable the DMA of the HD and the CD and it not fixed the problem....

thank you... yes, I couldn´t copy the file with windows 2000 (but I could in another PC under win98). I read the FAQ, And I will try update the ASPI layer...Do you know is there is any logic explanation why the initial files of instalation are copied and, the process is interrupted always at the same point (when start copy the stringtable.csv)?

I´m trying install the game for several weeks. When the setup try to copy the file stringtable.csv, it can´t copy the file and the instalation is aborted. When I copied the file using windows explorer, the error message was that happened an error in the pagination operation. I´m using windows 2000 with the latest updates. My configuration is: mother board: Soyo K7VTA-PRO processor: AMD Athlon 900 MHz memory: 256 MB video: Nvidia Riva TNT2 Model 64 - 32 MB CD: 52x Directx: 8.1 I installed the latest drivers fro the video board, and the VIA 4in1 drivers. I tried install the game in another computer with windows 98, and the file was copied, so there is no problem with the midia (the bis support said the midia was corrupted). Any suggestions???
