Well...i don´t know if we should we whinning.. but if you dont want to see that the vast mayority of ppl buy a game for its thematic and not for its addons you are blind, sure there are many freakys that think about addons and mods, but the mayority hanst´got that perspective. I thought i wolud buy OFP2 without contemplations but im starting to think about it.

Yeah sure, many mods, addons etc can be made for modern conflicts.... Have you stop to think about this?? Do you really play MP with something else than original game weapons?? I have hard time finding servers which play with BAs addons and nam pack addons. 95% of the ppl play without addons, that´s a fact..... So a game based in vietnam era is not what i would liked..... And one of the reasons why i bought OFp in june 2001 was that it was the first combat simulator based on more or less modern warfare..... Going back to m16a1 when we could have m4sopmod acogs is a shit...

This is strange... today i decide to click in some obvious place and suddenly the login and password window appears...... Oh shit.... you have to click milimetrically exactly in the right place... lol... By the way.. i FOUND IT!!!!!!! The password and login is very very easy...that´s obvious....

I believe ppl aren´t complaining about OFP being a buggy product and as such needs another update. I think ppl are scared about OFP dying if no more patches are released. Let´s face it, 90% of the ppl here can´t live without this game. (i include myself) Of course addons can lengthen its life, but now you know the road has an end. Everybody knows now that OFP will die in a near future, and that is something really depressing. I would just try to ask for support till OFP2 gets released, i just ask for that.... a tiny support maybe, but some kind of support.....

I only see a black and white tv and a piiiiii that lasts for 5 seconds....

I second what FallenPalladin says and i have to add that many ppl willjust move on due to unactualised patches. Sounds sad but life continues.... I´ve been playing OFP since the demo and its the only game i have really played with some exceptions, i´ve nearly lived with it.... What are we gonna do now??

Hi, My squad has a dedicated server and we are whilling to enjoy multiplayer a lot and that is by playing the best maps available. What maps have you enjoyed more? what maps are just starting to bore you? Which style of map do you prefer? So the objective of this post is to put the missions you would like to see in different aereas like: CTF Sector control TDM DM COOP ETC.. In order to make the best selection available of maps for a server. It would be very helpful if you put the exact title and the link to download. Thanks.

Hi, though our server is european it has a good ping and i know US players havent had any problem in our server with lag issues. In fact i´ve played stoners and although my ping there is relatively high, lag is not sensitive. The Ip for the server is 194.177.125.39: 2302 The pass for entering the server is "edm" (without comas) We play normally at 23.00 GMT +1 which is 17.00 pm time on east coast of the USA. The server is open on weekends and almost full at any time. We alternate between urban style maps( example: DESERTRATS ), camper maps( example:CTF EVERON ) and also play battlefield, coops and many times we use mogadishu maps in combination with BAS Deltas/rangers addon. If you decide to come you are welcome.

The ones that play with p2p programmes connected and lag. Also those annoying custom sounds which also lag.

If it helps it uses BAS DELTAS/Rangers but it doesn´t appear any message of error in addon, or missing addon or whatever......

The problem is that there are no error at all, it just doesn´t "select"...... We choose it but the screen goes to "waiting for server to respond" and the slots for players don´t even appear....

Hi, I have a question..... When entering in some servers, I as a player, can vote for missions, is this made by the admin that gives a command like #missions or is this something like the: "voteMissionPlayers=<number>; How many players must connect to the server for mission selection voting to start automatically.Default: 1" ??? Maybe its when many players type the #vote missions command?? So my question is: Can the admin type a command so all the players see the missions list and can vote for the one they like?? Lets face it..... evryone knows which are the best standarised addons here.... When my clan gets the server we will for sure include BAS pack , Seb nam pack and others.... When you are speaking about the collective i should raise it with respect to other modellers.... We don´t like baby talented modders to cry and go away...... And i still want an Iraqui attack force or terrorist group that can match equally BAS and deltas in a multiplayer game... Cheers P.D.
