Well, I am not familiar with OFP engine requirements but just imagine sub in a role of seal units delivery vehicle: starting/ending a mission as a seal on hunt for armory to blow up or full barracks annihilation - then to just a great blow from the deck of sub going down. Yeah, subs would be great ...
