can i just type in a ip and not use gamespy? cuz i know the ip to my clans server but i dont want to use gamespy

i really dont want to use gamespy arcade but i have no problem with gamespy 3d but i am unable to use gamespy 3d because i need the tab does anyone have it?

opf dosent have that because the opf team decided to be lazy and use gamespy for mutiplayer. or i could be wronge and they will add it later on.
