I've played and fade came on,,,it's rather strange, this fade, cannot see the human player but he can shoot me.... I solved this by checkin for another cd key, and found one, now it's ok, and the message doesnt come on..thanks for your reply btw. majick

hi there, was wondering about 2 things: -I've got 2 comps in a little home network, I installed OpFlash on both comps (switching the cd around), now, I know this can be done easier, what is a regular software setup?? -When I join my own server now it says: "remember, original games dont fade",,,,is Fade activated??? (mmmm...strange, I'm curious what it'll do) thanks majick

Alot of people are havin problems with their display. sove it by going to www.rage3d.com and download their tweaker, fiddle around with it and problem solved!!

Hi there, yes we got the monitor fully tuned. it seems Jusupov has got exactly the same problem; "But if I go to the video settings the game goes back to dark". even when everything is turned up, the screen goes back to being dark. Jusupov: does this occur also on Realplayer when playing a video??

I'm sad to say I agree totally...I'm trying not to sound as pissed of as you, but it's hard....I bought the game 2 months ago, and I havent been able to play normally. I'm buying(!!!!) games regulary but with this game the problems keep coming. for instance: these guys BUY a legit game and they have to download a crack no-cd key in order to get their game working, thats strange not to say rediculous? indeed: 50 bucks for a free troubleshooting forum is stupid and also, I had enough to bother the guys on this site.. I'm thinking about Ghost Recon too or play my old DFLW. majick

yeah, I tried the ingame control panel, turned all up and down.....I just reinstalled, re-updated, all drivers are up to date. pretty messed up, eh? (I'm almost off playing DFLW again:)) majick

Hi Laggy, Thanks for your reply, Yes, I've got a viper770 and it has a control panel, even overlay control, but to no avail. It just switches back to it's own settings. When I press Alt-Tab, i can see for a split second what the game should be like.........bright. Now i'm not a wizz but isnt there a way to alter it inside the software? majick

thanks Mr. Laggy. so, I shouldnt pick that one,,,,but I've been trying everything to get the game running in decent colors..it's too dark...I bought it 2 months ago and havent seen any action. actually i hate this game...there's too many troubleshooting forums bout this game, that should tell me enough. thanks,,I'll keep trying anyways,because I'm Recon. and I wont give up!!!! cheers majick

OpFlash is overruling my monitor settings...it's too dark..and I've tried alot, maybe everything...it just switches back to his setting, no respect for my settings whatsoever...when I press Alt-Tab, I'm allowed a peek in the game, but only for a split second.....I think it's a nice game, and worth the money..but,,,I CAN'T TELL!!! the game is asking for glide 3.0, ive been searching for this file and cant find it anywhere..maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.....please advise cheers majick
