А3 happened, lots of changes in configs, lack of developers.

They do, but LAV was 95% ready more then a year ago. Maybe it was redone from the scratch I don't know but it takes way too long time to release it. IMHO releasing vehicles in batches/packs isn't such a great idea.

Less pictures, more patches and updates. Those screenshot won't add wheeled armor which is essential.

IIRC, yes you can heal yourself, but only if it's something simple.

We have our own medical system, armor/damage/penetration/FCS. If it wasn't implemented yet(except medicine) that doesn't mean we don't have them.

It was but wasn't included in this patch I don't know why I even wasn't aware of build 588. It was in A2 not sure about A3.
