tats false coz i tested it different refresh rates its to do wif ur resolution, color scheme and refresh rates when all are in synch then u can alt + tab instant i tried it wif many games including this one just tat wif OFP, after like 1-2alt tabs, the alt-tab would lock

i set it both at 85 i've tried from 60-85 and hence all refresh rates supported by my monitor

windowed game coz when im mucking around with editing i needa alt tab often to check on stuff and how to do things etc.. but since my alt tab either 1- freezes 2- takes like 2 second lag, which annoys u if u do it constantly then u'd want a windowed game

First intro of my sys specs P3 800 384ram tnt2 m64 with latest detonator drivers VIA 4 in 1 apollo chipset AC 97 sound card o/s= winxp screen resolution 600X800 16colors running OFP cold war crisis version 1 ok now questions 1) When i alt tab in the game: - if my refresh rate of monitor is higher or lower in the game, i get this delay of 1-2seconds of alt tab, is there a way to alleviate this? 2) When i alt tab in the game: if my refresh rate is set to same as my monitor, the comp would lock, i mean its funcitional, and in fact i have alt tabbed, but i jsut get like a 'screenshot' of my last screen in OFP. I've read about this problem on many OFP forums and seen it happen to many cards and i dont like the alt tab then windows key+ L to log in again, now IS THERE A WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT ALL? 3) I run the game in windowed mode by typing "-window -x=600 -y=800" at the end of the link of my shortcut, the problem is, i when i load the game up, i get two mouse cursors, one is from windows default, the other is the ingame OFP one, to me there seems no way of ridding that windows cursor, do any of you guys know any way? Strange thing coz the windows default would disappear with other games such as Half life and Rainbow 6 etc.. 4) Why is it taht when i try install patches, it goes "insert cdrom and press enter" then i put in the cd(and it is original), same thing happens? thanks
