sorry Damage but these are the newest drivers.... Get the official 23.11 drivers here http://www.nvidia.com/ choose where it says drivers on the top, then choose your OS (operating system,I.E.98/Me/2000/XP) then download and "READ" the read me on how to unistall your current drivers and install the new ones....  please follow the instructions to avoid causing your self undue heartache for frame rate detection go to http://www.fraps.com/ download their free program, install. Then start it up before you start up OpFlash and your good to go  p.s. some people might start saying don't get the 23.11's  but my advice to you is start with those (on a properly configed system they should run just fine)  if they give you any problems then start working your way back down in the series...

"The best players, or so it seems, are the ones that don't make a fuzz about themselves. In every aspect of life, if someone brags a lot, it will most likely turn out he's all mouth. If you're good and you know it, then keep that knowledge to yourself. People will find out when they play against you, and you'll automatically get the respect you deserve. Bragging doesn't give you respect, it only means you have a small d**k." well said ! .... I live for shooting loud mouth little kiddies who constantly brag about their "skillz".... most of the time they start off about how thier gonna wipe the floor with you and when you start to pound thier asses they come up with every little excuse in the book....

I will spell it out clearly for him this time......... ** Y o u n e e d m o r e r a m ** 128mb is the bare minimum to just start up win XP, then you need to have more to run OpFlash...... just do your self a favor (and us) and get as much as you can afford, In my opinion you should have at least 384mb to have everything running smooth .... but if you can get 512mb, you should.

what better way to express the feelings you have
-
Hey Jef  glad to see you got it sorted.... Â
-
yes that will be an improvement (256mb) and they both will work...... but honestly 256mb is like the bare minimum nowadays.....
-
I would'nt expect it to work very well......... no way with 20 people.............
-
not fake, just totally rediculous........... What a waste of time and effort..............

ok New System: P4 1.8Ghz ....................................much better than what you had 32MB AGP Graphics (unnamed!) ....................probably a GF2 mx400 or radeon7500(but doubt it) 512MB Ram (would that be RD Ram?) ........................Yes onboard WaveTable 32 Sound ...........disable this A.S.A.P and put in the audigy card in this machine! DVD/CDRW combined drive .....................standard 40GB HD ............................................sufficient is this motherboard anygood? SIS 650 Motherboard ............................dont expect it to do anything more than provide stability..... (i.e. trying  overclocking will be frustrating)

another go nowhere thread....... Brought to you from the boyz @ the forum. (Edited by Cpt Gamer FtK at 5:43 pm on Dec. 29, 2001)

Blind Guardian.....  Go to http://www.sisoftware.co.uk/sandra  download the Sandra standard program (free) It will answer a lot of the questions you have, it lists all the componets on your puter along with model numbers and such.....             ALSO.......... When you overclock thru the FSB (front side bus) it raises the PCI bus speed and the memory speed, your memory has to be able to handle it...... I would just leave that old horse where it lays...... there is not much if anything that your gonna be able to do thats gonna net you any kinda real result..... Start savin up for a new comp...... you can pick up a much better system than the one your using now for not as much as you think..... Get a athlon 1 gigger....... they are getting cheaper all the time  THEN you will see a result............. and if its just your games that you want to speed up you will see the best results (increased framerates ect.) If you try overclocking your video card....... but if your going to start to do system overclocking You need to get more intimate with your rig....  learn what all the componets are and what they can and cannot do...  you really need to go read some guides on the subject   REASEARCH is the key.  Albert shwietzer,  you dont have a clue about what we are talking about here  thats obvious........your an idiot who says not to listen to us about our stories then goes on to tell us about his freinds story (and a stupid one that has nothing to do whatsoever with Blinds prob)  as if every computer has water cooling........moron.......

I'm using a 1.4 o/c'ed to 1.53 with PC2100, FSB is @ 146... (292mhz data rate) the only real modifications I made were to install a bigger heatsink and rigged it with a 80x80x25mm fan..... then to enhance performance even further I removed the stock fan on my vid card and installed the fan that I took off the original HSF (heatsink & fan) from the CPU. I can now get my GF3 to overclock to 260 core 558 memory  (first generation GeForce 3) But I normally run the card @ 240/550 AMD 1.4 266fsb Gigabyte GA-7DX mobo 384mb pc2100 ASUS v8200 GF3 IBM Deskstar H.D. out of curiosity...... what vid card you using? which drivers are you using for it? which version of Direct X do you have? some basic system specifications included with your trouble shooting posts is usually the normal thing to do and saves a bit of time

I know the first signal I would use is my middle finger to the enemy..........

Yada, Yada, Yada. there, everyone can understand that.

"just my 2 cents " hehe, Â Â Â if we can get all the people who have 2 cents to spare on the subject of how much they hate gamespy we could buy a real multiplayer game browser that works.. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â just my 1.50 $ Â
-
Yes gamespy(GS) will make a new folder... the user name that you want to use (the one you have configured and added any face to) has to match exactly letter for letter, space for space as your GS login or it will be turned into a new folder in your opflash user dir. merry X- mas (Edited by Cpt Gamer FtK at 3:35 pm on Dec. 25, 2001)

you might want to check in your bios that you have the onboard video disabled...... (sorry it was the best I could come up with )

GR just plain sucks.... It not even in the same catagory as Op Flash.... as a matter of fact it's in a catagory of it's own(OpFlash that is).... Why must people constantly compare it to any old s**t game that comes along that involves guns. There is no comparison and the debate, as you say, is for the Morons who have no clue.
