Snake, what most people are trying to say about ur mod, which u dont seem to like is : If ur mod has the same features that other mods are doing, what makes ur mod any better. More importantly, why would anyone want ur mod, if it has nothing new above the other mods. Dont waste ur time making something that everyone else is making....cos noone is gonna download it. Be origional.

Yeah a different, but previously played mission. So the game is a complete mess, because ive got 2 different mission routes and ive advanced along both of them. So if i die in one, sometimes im reloaded into the other route and save point. If u want i can try it out more and give u a detailed description of what happens. Ive looked over ur site and very impressed by the level of help it offers. Thankyou for u help.

Yeah i was quick to learn where the sniper was, aswell as the RPG soldier to take out the truck, so i always got them first. I finally managed to get thru this mission. I got the edge of morton, and was told to provide cover fire. Once at the specified location i ran for it. But i ran back the way we came, up threw the forest, across a valley and into another forest. That takes me back about 1000m where i can safely cross the road. Once over i ran along the tree line for cover and out flanked the russians. Once arriving at Ea64 though, im captured. Rescued by resistance fighters, and im now with them. Ive taken control of some village in central Everon, and im driving a truck load of civilians to a castle deep in Russian territory. Most annoying thing ive found though, is i cant save points thru the game. And when i am able to save, the game doesnt always reload back to it, sometimes i have to restart, and others will take me to other missions altogether! Its getting a real pain cos im jumping all over the place in the game.

Background OK, ive had the game about a few days after getting it on a friends suggestion, and im slowly getting used to the controls and style, cos im a typical online fps gamer. My main game being Day of Defeat. Problem Im not that far into the game, and the mission im getting stuck on is the one when ur evacuating Everon. The squad is heading back to Morton in a convoy. About 2 miles down the road and abut a mile outside Morton, u have to pull off the road and investigate a farm. U and Alpha squad come under attack. Now despite my best efforts the truck always gets destored, and so we have to advance to the farm house. Part A If i follow the commander and flank along the forest, most of the guys in the open always get killed. If i flank ahead, and try to take them out before they kill my squad i tend to get killed. If i hang back and pick people off, EVERYONE tends to get killed. Is there any workable tactic other than trying to flank the fighters, taking them out along the side of the forest? Part B If i and a reasonable amount of guys (3-5) survive the first attack, we head off through the forest to Morton. On the other side of the trees, we're attacked once again, by machine gunners. Now ive made a few sucessfull attempts to provide covery fire for my squad from a small hill to the right of the second attack, but most of the time, my squad still gets killed fighting a T72 before i can get back to them. Any advice? Part C If i and my squad survive the above we move onto the outskirts of a forest that overlooks Morton. Its decided that we'll try and cross the road to the other side, while i provide cover. But i never survive more than 2 minutes, and my sqaud is always wiped out trying to cross the road. I tend to pick up an AK47 or a PK to provide cover as they are more effective than the M16 i reckon. Ammo is not a problem, and neither is aiming its just numbers of enemies. I can never out flank them, or im snipered from a long way off. Hope i didnt bore u too much with being so long winded.
