I think your comment landwarrior really wasn't needed, infact quite disgusting. Silent was purely giving an example why each of the addons are different from each other. -
No we did not give up the seals for this.
-
but its not reskinned tonal units though.
-
Loading them in a render and using them in game are very different things.
-
Thats far too many poly's. Looks good though.
-
The thing about Inquisitor's conversions is that the source is from a non paid artist who did it for free and gave it out to the CS community. So there is no money involved. Though on one point, people have converted weapons from SF2, and no fuss was kicked up.
-
Yeah but you forget some EA staff member gets paid to produce said models. Look at it from the lowly model/texture artist view point. Would you be happy that someone was taking your work (which you were paid for) and giving it out for free else where. I personaly don't mind, but EA might. Im sure theres that licence agreement when you installed a BF game about what you can do with contents, maybe worth checking it out.
-
I think its safe to say they do lol, BF is like a arcade version of OFP cti.
-
Really good for your first model. Whats the poly count?
-
Doubt the community will object, but EA might do. If they charge people to buy these objects which are in BF:Nam, the might object to someone else giving them away for free.
-
Looking forward to these Jackal.
-
Yep thats the sad thing.
-
...disgusting.

Can someone tell where can i find a realistic m249

The only thing that really hacks people of fin cs the skinning/model community is that people take their models wihtout permission and give no credits to the original author. Its not hard to smack two lines of text in a readme. Aye myself had a 1911 that I made for CS and found gamesfusion.net bundling my 1911 in their gold membership pack (i.e. you had to pay to get it) Not only that, they did not display any credits at all. All it took was a strong legal threat and it was taken off their server. Simple rule to follow. Give credit always to the original author. Try and get permission (I know that can be hard as alot of authors don't display their email addresses, but as a favour fi you pass on author names to me and I will supply you with their email address, im in a private CS model/skinning community forum and I have access to everyones email address). Alot of people may not be bothered with this route, so in that case always display credits, just don't be suprised if the orignal author is non too happy about their work being taken without permission. p.s Regarding to deadmeats m249, it was a hack model, he got permission from all the orginal authors to make it for CS, you get permission from all the authors of it? -
