Crosshairs for vehicles are disabled completely. You have to fire from the "hip" or use the optics. Depending on the localization of your game the Russian ammo should be available in NATO standard nomenclature.

In fact you have both - the M1A1 and the M1A2 with TUSK in OA. The TUSK may not to be compared to the internal upgrades of the Abrams series. Point is it doesn't matter which faction got the better tank, as long as it is based on the BIS hit point system you can always say: Abrams needs x number of shells and T-72 needs y number of shells to be destroyed. You don't have to think you just have to pull the trigger and hope the enemy will miss.

T-72 represented in OA is one of the oldest models, probably a mixture out of T-72 and T-72A. And yes, Takistan would use an export variant like T-72M with even less armor. Even if the M1A1 is already from the 1980's, it was continously upgraded and you can sure US Army does not use the basic M1A1 model anymore. M1A1 in OA isn't accurate modeled but it can be considered to represent the M1A1 SA model with 3rd generation DU armor and latest generation FLIR system.

We killed him third means, the third guy we shot was the warlord. He was running around after we started the engagement. Mission was accomplished after that but we cleaned the village nonetheless. Maybe you could add some backpacks to the gear selection aswell, we ran low on ammo pretty fast. ;) -

Very nice mission, played it yesterday as 2 men team in coop. We had to kill the warlord. Difficulty is good as it is, only thing confusing: The warlord somehow ran around and we killed him third. Maybe you could make the cars unlocked, getting to extraction faster. -
How do I use this penetrability? Is it used in configs or .bisurf files?

M1A1 and M2 series used green white hot and green black hot for gunner sights. Today most of the M1A1 and M2s are upgraded to have monochrome white hot and monochrome black hot for gunners and commander sights use orange white hot and orange black hot. -

Anyone tried adding stepped zoom modes in Class Tracked_APCs to class CommanderOptics? In class MainTurret it works perfectly (see Bradley) but it seems it doesn't work in any way for APC commanders. In class Tank gunner and commander can have stepped zoom. -

That sums it up quite well. In fact the APFSDS ammunition used by T-90 is inferior to the American one, armor of both tanks is nearly equal. A T-90 vs T-90 shootout would end in a draw while a M1A1 vs M1A1 shootout would result in destruction of at least one Abrams. -

As always. There is actually no T-90 with ARENA system. The T-90 uses the Shtora-1 system while T-90A either use none or Shtora-1. We got a ticket pending for a new T-90A, but we still need contributors. EDIT: The video shows absolutely nothing, I know how ARENA works but that doesn't change the fact it's not fielded on Russian T-90 variants. -

There is NO T-90 variant equipped with Arena, only prototypes. The T-90S is an export model. The T-90SA as export model can be equipped with Arena but it is neither used by Russia nor by any faction in ACE2. -

That's exactly how the T-90 is represented ingame. An upgraded T-72 with modernized FCS and Kontakt-5 ERA. It's the first model with cast turret. This one has lot less KE protection than the T-90A or T-90M models. Shtora is also integrated and working basically for guided missiles. But it seems you don't know much about it's capabilities and limitations. We had this issue 10 times before, please read it up on dev-heaven. http://dev-heaven.net/issues/6975 Drodz and Arena are not available for the T-90s (yet). -

Worked so far but there was no possibility to capture that guy. Found him but the "Capture" function doesnt work and the guy does not follow me. -
Put that one in my MPMission folder, but it doesnt show up ingame...

Only the commander is able to designate targets. Reloading 8 missiles takes quite a while... -
The problem: Even if you set the proper reallife speed of any tank in the configs it will still do 10-15 km/h more top notch. So practically I set the speed of any tank in ACE2 -12 km/h (f.e. Abrams 55 km/h) so it won't do more than 66/67 km/h...
