should be able to right click on your desktop and then properties... click the settings tab.. and hit the advanced button.. that should launch your ATI properties window... I have a 9200pro and the options you're looking for are under the 3D tab ...

I agree those plants look a little too scrawny , and I have a superb new plant model that will be released with some other goodies neccesary for our drug cartel mission.. we have quite a few things that are pretty close to being finished that fit into that category. should be able to spend some time on the plant before too long ... and don't worry .. I have plenty of photorealistic texture materials :

ok lets examine that statement for a second, they're worried about it getting into the wrong hands so they will sell it everywhere else besides the U.S. ?   We all know we have to watch out for all those N American Terrorists.. lol    (no offense to anyone but seriously) Back on Topic though... Even though its not a game... I'm still considering buying it anyways...  as people have said.. you never know when you need to train your own private army ;)

not only what other people have mentioned, but 3rd party addon makers have the luxury of not having to worry about minimum system requirements when making those awesome addons.. if you're putting something out with no concern about profits, you can easily just say "only for those with top of the line Pc's" when releasing a script/addon. Â

all right.. i understand now.. must have been something else going on though cause i did try at three different times on two different days (yesterday and today, which is thursday and friday here) with the same results. I did just check again however and did see that it wasn't locked anymore..

another alternate idea ( I have hundreds) is to make the area of the US that borders Mexico a wildlife preserve filled with carnivorous animals that dont ever get fed.... if you can make it across that... then you're home free

all i can say is it's nowhere near enough money, but personally I'm in favor of a 50 foot electrified razor wire fence with guard posts every few hundred yards. I'm sure there would be plenty of volunteers

funny that a so called "public server" Â requires a password, wouldn't that make it private? lol anyone know where i can sign up for this "public squad" ? this is exactly why I only play with people I know, and host matches myself.. there are no decent public servers anywhere... period

Made a perfectly flat island for you today using only the default grass texture from CWC at Asmodeus' house when I was over there today... If you're interested I can send it to you through email or msn or icq let me know either way

I can think of a few things that might alter things right off the top of my head... hit points...fire geometry... mass...

I had a thought too.. whats to stop anyone from now altering any of the BIS models in their copy of the game to somehow gain an unfair advantage in MP games? couldn't this happen as a result of this tool as well? Â lol.. and go back and read what Klink pointed out.... BIS models can be put into other games now because of this too? Maybe that will get BIS's attention to this subject

lol.... you may be speaking for yourself there Miles.... but basically the door has been opened for any would be addon maker with little or no talent to blatantly steal other people's work... if you planned on asking and getting permission in the first place then why would you need this tool? wouldn't the real addon maker retain an unbinarized version on their own HD to be shared with those who did indeed ask permission? yes there may be more addons released.. but how many will be less than 3% different than the existing addon out there? now hurry along everyone and  go remove some small bits and pieces from everyone elses addons they worked for months on and then call them your own work.. Â

lol.. yeah.. I should have said... "besides Born to Be Wild" a good tune no doubt, and definately one that comes to mind first.. but thats just the reason I don't want to use it ;)
