Before anyone tells me to go check the FAQs, I'll explain. I've been trying to reinstall Flashpoint for some time now, and it always gives me a file read error on data.pbo. I tried something a little while back, where I manually copied the files from the CD onto my hard drive. They all worked except for data.pbo. I've reinstalled Windows, disabled my burner, updated my ASPI layer, I've tried everything. Specs: Pentium III 600 Riva TNT2 Ultra 32 SB Live 128 MB 20 GB HD + 60 GB (Tried installing to both) Anyone have any ideas?

That's a good idea to copy it in safe mode, but I have two questions: 1) How do I load the CD drivers in safe mode, normally peripherals aren't loaded in safe mode. 2) How do I boot to safe mode without crashing my computer intentionally?

Whenever I try to reinstall Flashpoint (previous install corrupted itself...) the installation stops at the data.pbo file, and gives me a file read error. Both of my drives do this, as well.
