My system is: Athlon Tbird 900, 256meg sdram, 3D profit Kyro2 graphics card, Creative live value 1024 sound card, Win XP. I have the updated drivers for my card but one problem i have is that the road flickers in patches and it reverts to the same colour/texture as the grass along side it. It is like in 3 meter triangles. It was really bad in earlier versions but getting better with each patch and graphics card driver. It has almost gone but still exists. I Use the Win XP driver for my sound card so it's up to date. The two problems i have with it is when i am flying a chopper or driving a heavy vehicle like a tank i ger a rasping sound when i am on the external view. When i cut to internal view the sounds is beautiful and natural. The other problem is not game related but i have to set my system volume to something like 3% on the slider bar. . almost all the way to the left as if i go any higher i get hissing in my headphones or on my speakers. The only other bug i can think of is that sometimes when i get in gunner positions on the jeep or others i keep being kicked off it but that depends on the mission. Oh, also when i am in the gunner possition on the jeep it bounces like hell hwen i am not firing and is stable whe i begin fireing. Hope someone can help with any or all of these probs. Surprisingly for my Kyro2 card when i up the res to 1600 1200 32 bit it gets faster not slower, wierd eh. Knight

hey Placebo, i'll check out those links you provided as i'm looking for good co op missions too. My mate doesnt like it if there is no re spawn or at least two or three so and we like sniping so do you know any good challenging sniping co op missions with a few respawns? Also, i downloaded a load of missions recently from various sites but they seem to crash my game. At the best they play then i have to re start my comptuer to get the game to start up again. Any advice? Knight

I really want to find a site that not only has reviews for missions but lets you do an advanced search such as 'sniper co op mission with a few re spawns. does anyone know what the best sites are. I went to some sites and though i have version 1.45 half of them crashed my game. It wouldn't start after i put them in the missions folder. Alllllllllso. . . how can pbo files be opened up so you can diddle around and alter the missions? is it possible. In paticular there are some co op missions i'd like to ad respawn to as it's a pain when your mates (oh ok. . me) gets killed and the others have to play while they hang around or stop the mission and start again. When you use a custom made mission, a co op for example and you then ad an upgrade patch such as 1.45 or 1.46 does the mission still work? Also where is a good place to go for quality missions rather than a site that loads any thing people send to them? Knight.

Hi, i have a retail copy of OpFlash and after patching it up i went on gamespy. I had just put the 1.45 upgrade on and some hadn't i think. As i tried to join one game they kicked me with the comment. . . Knight. . is using a modified config. as if to accuse me of using a cheat or a pirate copy. Was this because maybe they had not put the 1.45 on yet? I played just now too and my friend already had the 1.46 on his OpFlash. He got the message that i was using a modified config also. I still had only 1.45 at the time. Can anyone tell me what that means? Knight.

I play OpFlash co op missions with my friend. I like the 'no respawn' system, I feel the severity of it adds tension. My friend though likes at least a 2nd or 3rd chance and at the mo we are playing the 'desert ambush' level on Malden. We tried bringing a couple of AI guys along hoping to respawn to them if we die but we still end up in the clouds as a seagul. Can anyone tell us if there is a respawn option on the (co-op) missions that come with the game or do we have to download user made missions to do that. Also where is the best place to go to find really good missions rather than be swamped with thousands of 'quickly knocked up ones' and have to play em all to find a good one.
