Hey all, got a problem here and its quite annoying. ArmA doesnt work properly, when i launch it, its really slow at getting to the main screen, and when it does, the GFX are botched, cant see icons or anything, jsut a bit of sky, thats it lol. My specs are: Core2Duo Q6600 6gb DDR2 RAM Radeon 2900XT Windows XP64.

Well, this is the first game ive ever had where my PC is too good to run the damn thing, cmon bohemia, give me a fix :/

Right, ive made a jpg thats 128x128 and its set up fine on the website, but when i try load in game it comes up saying it cant load the texture, any ideas?

ok, just got a dualcore 2.8P4 and a extra gig of ram for it, that should be enough

at the moment im just using a athlon XP 2400+ with 512mb RAM, it all seems fine with no lag in game (yet, not had many people on), and the test box has only got 650k upload, is there any more i can do to optimise it?

one more thing, whats the best OS to host the server on, i currently use 2000 Server, this ok?

Thought i would try the beta ver to see what sorta improvements it made, as armed assault is currently unplayable for me (constant stuttering, poor FPS, HD accessing), and found out, that its even worse!, the fog is still there, FPS now drop too under 30 on the island flyby on startup screen, and what ever i do i just cant get it to work properly. Has ANYONE got this problem, because its driving me mad, i want to play this game so much. Specs are: Intel Core2Duo E6300 @ 3Ghz 4gb DDR2 667Mhz Geforce 8800GTS @ 600core 900RAM Asus P5w 64 WS pro motherboard 4x 80gb SATA II HDs in RAID 0 (giving 200mb/s average transfers) All settings are at high, while AA is at normal. Someone please help me

Ive just been messing around with the GFX settings, i lowered everything down too minimum and i was still getting 40fps on my 8800GTS. wish they would hurry up and fix the damn game so i can play

turn off hardware sounds and eax, solved the problem for me on my Soundmax HD audio

I still cant play Armed assault, even having owned it for almost a month now :| Really not impressed. My main issues: HD accessing constantly (yes its all been defragged) REALLY bad framerates (10-20FPS in city) Bad Fog at distance.

Just put 1.05 on, thought wayhey, might be able to actually play the game. But sadly, its even worse , the same overfog is still there, AND now, my FPS have suffered by 20%, can i ask a question to any developers there?, Is it a Game fault or a driver fault? I wouldnt get a 680 board for starters, they are fantastically bugged, go for a intel 975x if i were you.
