Downloaded, but I think i'll just wait for the new patch to be released as well, i've been waiting months another day or two won't matter, if it didn't work I would fear for my sanity

It is really easy to test, just manual hover in the cobra and try and turn - Â the helo banks it doesn't turn

I agree the cobra no longer turns, it banks - it didn't use to do this in 1.02. I have turn allocated to keys on my keyboard and it banks when I use them the same as it banks when I use it assigned to my mouse..

I have the Sapphire AGP X1950 PRO 512MB also.. i have none of these issues, using 7.1 Catalyst drivers. Upgrade to those drivers if you havent already, if you still encounter the issue then its not a driver problem and the problem lies elsewhere in the system. Those Cat7.1's are terrible mate, so bad I actually RMA'd my card because I thought it was borked, i'll wait for the 7.2's which should be out anyday now and this 1.05 patch for the game thats on the horizon - if it still runs so horribly I shall uninstall and thats the end..

Well my grief is with the patch my GFX card acts like its borked - http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y27/acidslacker/borked.png If I un install the patch the game runs (just about) at a lower resolution of 1024 X 768 and everything switched off I can switch off and everything else on low P4 3.6Ghz X850XT PE (AGP) 256mb, 2GB Corsair XMS3200, Creative X-fi All drivers up to date, i've just uninstalled the game completely, and tested the GFX card which seems to be fine
