Aquiring firearms however, even illegal ones is alot easier in a country where firearms are abundant. It's much easier for someone to steal them and sell them illegally. In a country where all firearms are prohibited with the exception of law enforcement and military purposes, or highly regulated, one would need to rob a police station or army base, or know exactly the right contacts to aquire firearms. Most people that do buy illegal firearms have some kind of (organised) criminal history (or future). Know an example of 10 years ago in the Netherlands when a group of youngsters impulsively decided to rob a gas station. First they stole an Uzi from an Army dump and then they robbed the station killing the shop attendent. When you really want, it's always possible to get a gun. Heck give me an hour to go to Rotterdam and I will get you a gun...

Pfff I am almost out of ideas. ID all 3 vehicles in the picture.

Gunman was identified as a South Korean, so that balloon doesn't fly anymore:

CrashDome. Please do not go down to personal attacks. My opinions have formed during a long time and I assure you I don't make hasty judgements, quite the opposite. Do not see my words as an insult towards U.S. or any of its citizens as that is certainly not my intention. Maybe you instead shouldn't bring the Iraq war to this topic. Really this is an ignorant and rather dumb assumption.

M60-2000?

No offense but you just described Highschool. College is nothing like this. Generally at college everybody really minds his own business. It's totally not like those highschool stereotypes.

One moderator doesn't want to end it in a discussion regarding gun control, the other moderator wants it to become a debate. How is it possible to turn this a debate without mentioning gun control? Rather confusing... On a sidenote, I don't think such a topic should become a debate at all. Find it utterly respectless to the victims, but that's just me maybe...

So how is the 300 thread related? While you're at it you should lock that one as well. Couldn't have said it better myself.

There have been so many topics regarding shootings and things that have a big impact on society, and this one gets locked? Maybe these "new moderators" should have been around more, then they would see how things go. Great example of amateurism you got right there.

Horrible. May the poor souls rest in peace

Will probably even rise, seeing how much distance was inbetween the 2 sites. The VT campus is immense, it will take sometime to perform the search. Can't imagine he only stopped at those 2 sites...

Coalition ID symbol. Ah, so if I make an addon with desert US vehicles, I should add the symbol on them? And where on the vehicle should it be placed? They use different ID's all the time. In desert storm it was the V, nowadays they use the "Coalition Identification Panels".

Coalition ID symbol.

T27 or T28?

It is Irish. It shares some components with the Landsverk, but it's not a Landsverk.

No, but you're close.

You mean this? It's just a technology demonstrator. Nah, not that picture just all by itself, I found an official Army document (on the net of course) outlining the new system, and it was all based around Multicam. I think I was looking for ACU pictures at the time to make textures, but yeah, I was quite interested. I should drag it up again I suppose. I read somewhere the Multicam uniforms were given by Crye to the US Army for the "Future Warrior" program, just for the free publicity. I wouldn't expect too much of it.

Not even close...

This shouldn't be hard...

Yes, it was shown at IDEX this year. The manufacturer is fairly unknown.
