hey guys, iw decited to try playing OFP for fun after a long time of not playing it anyways. i still have the same pc, but iw changed my mouse. b4 i had mx310 i think and now i got mx518. on the desktop i didnt notice any differenece or in any other games, but in OFP its VERY sessetive. i mean i had mouse sens on lowest and im still only using wrist to do a 360 turn. so is there any way i lower the sens, or that the sens would be the same as on desktop? thanks .

OK heres the thing. 1.96 i can play normaly, but version 1.46 ( gamespy ) crashes every time during the game play in multiplayer. Its not the gamespy, cuz eaven if i join by ip in 1.46 game still crashes to desktop. I get absolutley no message, like i would alt+f4 the game. Iw sent the e-meail to codemasters, but they seams to cant find the reason as well. I updated mother board chips, graphic and sound card with newest drivers. Allso Pc cant be the problem cuz i have P4 3.2 Ghz 1 GB ram Geforce 6600 , audigy 2 ZS and 160 GB disk. Now if theres any other topic´s about this please post a link here cuz i tryed to search for it but none information was usefull. Thanks, IceDude

dont know the exact price yet but im thinking somewhere arround 7.000€ . no idea yet tho. i havent made that list since im not that much into pc hardware. my m8 made it, think it should be ok. il ask him just in case tho

ok im playing this game for a long time now, but i still have no idea what does option AUTO DROP DOWN in prefrences under texture do? does it lower graphic if u put higher/lower does it in any way increase FPS? ty in advance

hey, u guys know how thers an objective "book" at the briefing screen on the left side its ussually in multiplayer. well now its gone. i cant see what gear am i using if playing coop i cant read what i need to do. any tips?

if you recently instaled new DirectX version maby thats the problem, was same with me on my old pc. incase u using any other version of DirectX try instaling Dx 8 and see if that helps

hello everyone, can someone please tell me if theres an option to turn off/on footsteps? Iw always been able to see footsteps on the ground, even if multitexturing was on. When i turned it off, foot steps were verry clear to notice on the groud. see here so can anyone tell me why there is no more foot steps noticing on the ground? i havent changed any settings, at leats not that i know. thanks.

ok can anyone tell me if there is a way of limiting FPS in OFP:r , appart from changing your refresh monitor rate and v-sync on. i mean is there a way that u enter a command in Flashpoint.ctg file like u can do it in most other games. i would like to limit my FPS to max 100 but monitor cant handle that refresh rate. max is 85. any suggestions?

max FPS is 999 . well post me here the ctg file that u want me to use and il provide u with screen shot aferi try it

lol no seriously, i put ALL POSSIBLE OPTIONS ON MAX and i do get FPS as its shown in screens. if i lower it then i get 600 FPS in desert island which is way 2 much for this game
