Thanks for the source pics guys. I will try to finish our out line later on today so you will know everything we are making. We have plans for at least 4 Police Vehicles, and a couple different aircraft (rotor), but I didn't think about that "Ram"; Col. Faulkner posted above. I will get some pics and we'll slot it up to be produced as well.

Thank you, we are working on Uniformed Officers as well so don't worry. As soon as we decide upon a name I will release the "work break down structure" (WBS) of the project. It will include, vehicles, weapons, units & aircraft and thier status.

That is a very good question. For people like myself who have a very fast system and can turn it up to 8K+ it really does give us an unfair advantage over the players who have older systems. But at the same time you don't want to screw over the people who have top notch machines by limiting them to 1K. I say 3K but that is just me. Maybe once people start responding we'll get a better idea of what is a more realistic setting to accomodate players.

Mission Template by Ack
December 4th 2006
This template is used to create missions in Armed Assault and alleviate you from having to trouble shoot the objective triggers and such so you can focus on other aspects of the mission.
Contents:
Complete: 12 fully working objectives (Ack)
Complete: 2 Ë hour time skip (Ack)
Complete: Intro Text (Ack, Daywalker)
Not Released: Briefing with Objective links inside
Not Released: Intro Cam
Not Released: Spawn from Object, Activated from Trigger (Doolittle Script)
Not Released: Custom Sounds

Not Released: Mission Parameters
Not Released: Respawn

How the Objectives work:
When you start all of the objectives are hidden preventing players from completing them out of order, the only Objective that they can see is the 1st Objective. As they complete the objectives the others become Active until you get to the Objective 12 and the Mission Ends. Let’s take a look at what happens when you complete an Objective
Mechanics:
The default setting is set to remove “East/OPFOR†from the Trigger Area, as an alternative you could group this trigger to a radio tower, etc.. Having your target be to blow up the target or remove the tower from the trigger area.
“BLUFOR†removes “OPFOR†from the Obj1 Trigger Area
Misc\Obj1 – Objective 1 Flag changes from Iran to USFlag
(Customize in the “misc†file [Obj1 – Obj12])
Misc\Obj1 – Objective 1 changes from colorRed/Flag to colorBlack/Flag1, Obj2 Marker changes from colorRed/Empty to colorRed/Flag (This was hidden from the player but now they can see the objective. Customize in the “misc†file [Obj1 – Obj12])
Objcomp - Time Script Activated skipping 2 Ë hours of time
(Customize in the objcomp script file)
Objective Trigger - Short music clip plays
(Customizable in the triggers with in game sounds)
Flags:
Flags can me changed by opening them up in Photoshop or MSPaint. Simply paste your image on to the flag and save in the correct location.
Intro Text:
You can edit this very easily in the intro text file. Just take your Mission name and delete one letter so that it appears how I have it in the Intro Text file. If you need to add more lines just copy and paste the lines accordingly.

I messed around with this for a few hours over the weekend by locking the positions in the chopper so people could not bail out, upon landing the helo I tried "eject" like I would do in OFP but it's not working. I tried everything but I'm stumped.

I still don't understand why there are Air Force Special Forces posing as Marines, but besides that sounds coolI have the same confusion, to my knowledge there is only 1 Unit of the Air Force that does this type of thing and they are some type of Pilot Rescue I think? Looks cool though! So I was reading this topic, we have to PM the author to get the files? Why? Anyway, so does this addon have custom units or is it a compilation of existing addons currently released? I'm really confused by this mod....

If I were you I'd just take this to a lawyer who specializes in this industry, he could tell you if you have a shot or not. It really does not look good, but I do feel for you guys who have had your work stolen. I'm very sorry.

Other SWAT Teams?
Actually we have been working up the templates to be able to reproduce new departments in as little as 20 minutes (granted you have the source pics). So Yes at some point we will create New York, etc... If that is something you want.
Tactical Holsters?
I think they all use the drop leg holster. I used one at all times in the Marines, the M9 Green Holster sits too high up for me. We will be adding the tactical holsters in, I'm working on getting a SWAT Officer to tell me what belongs and what we need to add to the model, as well as the Uniformed Police Officer version. It will look good, just give us some time. The biggest challege is not the textures, it's the models. The tools aren't out yet and we only have 1 modeler at this point.
