No diffrent shades.. Only Black & White. But i think u solved the prob in that Alpha Channel Thread "new" faces will hide behind "old" faces Anyway THX 2 ALL

I think i cant figure out whats wrong.... Here is another example: http://www.freewebs.com/ofphunter/alpha.jpg In Upminders WW2 Weapon pack isnt that effect Pic from Upminders texture: http://www.freewebs.com/ofphunter/alphaworking.jpg Nobody with that effect out there ?
