    https://www.twitch.tv/videos/131084392 OK A couple of small things, probably limitations or things which weren't thought of. 1. Having multiple "engines" when getting in another one it warps you to the original one you got in. So having a Engine or locomotive at either end I was being warped to the original Engine/Locomotive I got in at the other end. 2. If you have two trains on the go, they can pass though each other with no collision or hitching together. I set one of on cruise control then got in another and they didn't join up while in motion. Even stopping one they wouldn't hitch up. Otherwise was very smooth and no issues really.

    Lots, myself and my band of friends have been playing since OFP and have been weekly for about 7 years! So yes there are lots of arma II players!

    I'm getting a weird bug... (system is running an AMD C-50) Whenever I start the game, it starts in 640x480. I have to set the game to 1280x720 in game all the time, even if I set it to this in the preferences... Any Ideas? Also oddly Arrowhead runs faster!

    I've modded the mission a little, I've changed a few units and such and re-enabled the AI units, but they appear on the other side of the map, how do you make them spawn with you at the beginning of the game?

  8. I've done a search for "lights" and "street lamps" but didnt find much. I've got a mission where i knock out a towns power and the lights go off. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Fantastic! Model looks stunning! I cannot wait to have this in my arma missions! A question which i'm sure has probaby been asked but i'm being lazy for a change Can the Herc carry landrovers? I assume its compatible with the cargo system which would mean some cool forward support mission! My hat off to you all.

    GAU-8 on A10

    One other reason to not fire to long... Recoil! The effect of firing the GAU 8 for a second knocks about 50kts off your speed, which in aircraft is not good. It shouldnt cause a stall but i guess it depends on what speed your doing.

    Just installed mw3 this last weekend, its still good, but its a but unstable on XP. mw3.org have some fixes and even the ability to run it at 1600x1200! Anyway, i'd love to see "battlearma" or "atmatech" now all we need i a team of modelers and such...

    With all the Issues with IP, and such, if a mod is to be put together, i think we need to use original designs and story. It shouldn't matter if its similar or based from BT, just not a "names have been changed to protect the innocent"... Btw i'm not a modler,but i'm a pretty reasonable graphic artist and photographer, so if you need textures...

    Since there isn't (wont be?) a mechwarrior 5 etc i'd love to see either an "unofficial mod" or an offical addon for mechs! Also may i add another mix too all this. I also love Heavy gear, which are much smaller than mechs and apart from the annoying roller skates maybe easier to base on large infantry? Then again i have bought every mech like game that has comeo ut and completed it... Earth/Starsiege was cool too till it became a UT FPS ping pong fest.

    All sing along now! Whats that coming over the hill is it a "M9 bunny hopping suicide squad" is it a "M9 bunny hopping suicide squad"? OK Troops, you three with the M249's crawl to this position and lay supressing fire. You three commence running around like jack rabbits on crack and take the enemy from the left flank... Though i get the idea, i think that all the difference that the game should do is make those carrying heavy gear tire faster than those with out.

    None of these flight modes are good. I'd like a "amature" flight model and a "enthusiast" flight model... As a long time Longbow and EECH player. All of the models in this and ofp feel like arcade games...

    Magic AI...

    Ok i set some satchel charges, and hide in a bell tower, Leaning to look through latted windows. An enemy convoy heads towards the "IED"'s I detonate them and kill all but a lone BMP2. The BMP then via magic knows where i am... This makes the game almost unplayable.

    RE: ATI Memeory Bug

    Does this issue only effect windows 32bit OS's? I user Xp pro X64 and have noticed no slow down after many hours of running the game.

    Confirmed release dates and countries.

    Ok i've read about 15 pages and i've zoomed to the end. So i'm sorry if this has already been considered... Has BIS considered releasing the game on steam? Just a thought... I'm looking at X3 as an example of a released game which was recently added.

    Maybe the server can act like the servers in EECH, where the server is always on with missions etc occuring dynamicly and people able to join and leave at will. This would be cool btw...

    Yes, the commander could act as covering fire or AA support, if they add the ability to fire from within the turret it would be even better...

    Battle Tank/APC Preference

    Franze, have you ever spoken to AH64 pilots? i've spoken to american, british and dutch AH64 pilots and apart from man portable weapons the thing they never want to face is a Tung. The 23-4 was a fear in the past till the hellfire and longer ranged tow missiles, but the tung is capable of engaging an AH64 from out side hellfire range. Luckily the AH64 has never had to face them.

    My vote for an addon would be challenger, but if i could find one i'd say chieften as i've driven one Btw on the Oh i love the M1 and want its babies people, its like this, the challenger has a better range and is slower, vs your faster and shorter range. If i was in RPG range of the enemy i'd rather be in a challenger though, A couple of M1's have been immobilised by minor hits to the tracks and such, the challenger 2 doesnt have the same weakness. In tank on tank its probably a match with M1. Btw to franze, i know what you do fear as i know AH64 pilots DO fear them, an its called a tunguska.
