I made the mistake of uninstalling OFP a few months ago and now I'm trying to update my new install. The problem is, my CD is scratched and I don't have the receipt.
I managed to copy everything except music.pbo to the hard drive and install it from there. The game runs fine, but I can't update it because music.pbo is not installed and can't be installed.
So, is there any legal way around this that doesn't involve buying a new copy of the game or sending the whole thing plus $15 to Codemasters for a new CD?
