    Co-op on a lan help

Hi again, ok I just tried hosting on my AMD 1000 and the enemy AI still skipped every second step or so. Anyone know how to stop that? It seems to be when I view them from afar with my binocs, when they're close it's not so bad. Is that normal? Or can I configure my server better for Co-op play? Dan

    Co-op on a lan help

Hi, the server is a P3 500 with 256 RAM. I'm aware the recommended is a P3 800 but I'm only hosting for 4 players. The #monitor command shows up 45fps which indicates that the CPU is ok is that right? On a 100Mbit LAN I assume you can have silky smooth co-op play. All my team mates are ok, it's just the enemy A.I skip around a bit (e.g the Shadowkiller mission). Thanks again, Dan

    Hosting on a lan co-op

Hi, can anyone help me? I have a LAN Party this weekend and Op Flash is on the cards. If anyone has hosted a LAN co-op dedicated server with no skipping of the A.I etc please let me know your settings in the flashpoint.cfg file. Cheers.

    Co-op on a lan help

Cheers, ok so it's possible to have no skipping in co-op missions on a LAN.. Can someone who has run a dedicated (co-op or deathmatch) server at a LAN Party or something let me know what network settings they use in the flashpoint.cfg file? Thanks again, Dan

    Co-op on a lan help

Hi, I'm trying to set up a OFP Co-op dedicated server for a LAN and have run into problems. I have read the Server admin guide that comes with the patches etc but can't tweak my server well enough to stop the enemy soldiers from skipping around (fairly slight but I want it silky smoooooth). The server says it's running at 45-50 fps, I have tried many variations of the MaxMsgSend and MinBandwidth settings in the flashpoint.cfg file. What should I try to get rid of the skipping/warping? On a 100Mbit LAN what would be approriate settings? Does Co-op normally warp a bit compared to deathmatch etc? Cheers, Dan
