I re-downloaded it, but again the same error. I created an own mod folder for SJB, could it be that?

The ones, I can remeber: MK43's, PSG, all MP5's and the P90's.

Using certain weapons makes my game crash, with this error message: "Bad file format in p3d file".

I've watched the trailer, and I must say: That's sweeeeeet!

Though I can play Mods like FFUR without any problems.

Nothing agianst Wilco's work, but I find this peeping pretty annoying.
