    Armed Assault for MAC

    I found this very interesting link regarding Cider. Check out the link to find out more. In summary Cider would allow a PC game to run on a mac. So with Cider it would be possible to have one Game disc, that can run on both Windows and Mac OS systems. Sounds like a better way then doing the Boot camp route. Cider

    I know the death animation was fixed, but honestly i never noticed it until this recent update. I dont know why im getting it.....

    I noticed during mp games the death animations get messed up for both ai and the player. The ai will look dead but there dead body will move around shooting and its funny but very irritating. Also sometimes when the player dies he will be able to move for a lil bit then dies again. or he will die but still be standing like nothing happend.. didnt see this in the bug fixes, so i thought i would let you know about it TB. Thanks again for the wonderful mod.

    What do you *HOPE* will be in ArmA?

    I was wondering if there would be dynamic damage models on infantry and possibly on vehicles? So like if i shoot an ei in the hand on the hand gets damaged, and same would go for any other part of the body? How about when there is a big explosion, would the ei blow apart? For the vehicles i was thinking something like when you shoot your mg at a truck rolling buy bullet wholes would appear where you were hitting the truck. Shoot a vehicle in the gas tank and either it would explode(for gameplay) or just have fuel leaking out. And for the glass if i shoot the driver, only the glass in front of the driver would have lets say one bullet hole inline with the drivers head? Just some thoughts i had... Another thing i was wondering is if the player would be able to just walk into the cargo of an aircraft or stand in a vehicle while it is moving? How about drive a vehicle into an aircraft cargo and then take off, land and drive the vehicle out? I know this is possible in VBS1 and would love to see it in Armed Assault....Also to go along with the vehicles, the player has to open up the doors in order to get the action "get in", same to "get out". Would add to the realism. Just watch the VBS1 trailers. The ablility to do all this is already available!

    Yea i finally was able to play a coop mp game and i noticed a few things. AI were teleporting around occasionally(probably the mp lag) but another thing i noticed was sometimes one would shoot an ai and he would die, but he wasnt. He would look dead but would move around and shoot us.

    When playing mp and you push default "P" for player list there is a white spot for a picture. I was wondering how one would put there own picture "avatar" there? Thanks in advance!

    I was wondering how i would setup a dedicated server using this mod? I know how to run a standard Resistance server, but not one with a mod.

    Will Armed assault utilize the PhysX system? Would it be possible to have an update that would?
