I wouldn't really mind Vietnam, but if it is, it better be pretty damn good. Make it just like it was fighting in jungles and mainly it being a "helicopter war." I prefer a fictional, modern conflict, that is because I like modern weaponry more. I really enjoy World War II games, but I don't think this engine is meant for LARGE scale battles. Vietnam had a lot of small units patrolling jungles and such, which would be perfect for OFP2. I just hope it doesn't turn into a campaign of patrol, get ambushed, retreat, repeat. I guess this war would be very balanced if it was in OFP2, but during that era, if we fought the war we wanted to, we could have completely blown away the NVA and VC, but since it wasn't fought that way, it turned out to be very balanced. The US won every battle in the war though, but this game would not have to be about the battles, but about smaller battles, maybe with special operations forces of some type. As long as we get good jungle landscapes and better realistic gameplay, I will be fine with the Vietnam era as OFP2.

It is not repairable  I have had the problem since I got Windows XP more than a year ago.  Switching to third person and back works when you are in vehicles.  When a vehicle is near you, there is static and there is really nothing you can do about it.  This problem is really annoying in cut scenes.  Anyways, this solution reduced the static by a whole lot for me, but it is not completely gone.  Try this: I have a SB Live.... It say´s all...  Found following Reg-Key in a Forum, u might try this.. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Creative Tech\Emu10kx\DriverSettings\Wave\Pin#00000002 Set turbo to "0" hehe  max hw-acc, still eax, a little bit crackling, noisy sounds still left... not final, but i can play (drive and fly) now without that.... chrchrhchrchrhkrrrrrrgrrrrkrrrsssssss-sound besides... does anyone know what this entry is about... I am not sure who posted this, ( I had it saved in a Text document, but I got it from these forums) but thanks for this solution.

Most people have freezes whenever they play anything that involves the SEB Nam Pack. Go and read the post in the OFPEC forums. That post has a lot of people who have said they have frequently crashed when using the SEB Nam Pack. I downloaded it last week and I thought I was in for something really cool, but my computer kept on freezing when just messing around in the editor. Sometimes it would freeze after just a few minutes and other times after maybe 30 mins or so. My specs: Intel P4 2.53 Ghz 768 PC800 RDRAM Asylum GeForce 4 128MB Ti4200 SbLive! Value Sound Card 80 GB Hard Drive Windows XP SP1 And yes, everything is up to date. I never have freezes like this when playing with other unofficial addons... -

The P90 was in Goldeneye. It was called the RCP90. It was fun when you got dual P90s and went around unloading the 90 rnd magazines in both of them

I can kill targets in 1 - 2 shots most of the time; sometimes 3 shots. These weapons are not weak at all. In fact, they are quite powerful in my opinion. They look like M4s to me, as I should know since I just had a high quality replica of one (Airsoft). As for the bleeding gun, I have not noticed that, but you may be right on that one....

I just beat Nagual's Delta Ops campaign. Great campaign! I can't wait until more campaigns and missions are released by Nagual.

I've played the first few missions of the campaign and they are really fun to play so far. Beats making my own missions to play with.

Great addon as I said before, but was there supposed to be an M4 with an Aimpoint on it? I could not seem to find this weapon in the readme file or in the game.....

Great addon! I have already replaced all the SEB Deltas with the new BAS Deltas in all of my missions. Keep up the good work.

AWESOME ADDON! I have been playing with it all day. I also liked your other addons as well, but this Commanche is by far one of the best addons out. Keep up the good work.

I have the same problem. Â I have: P4 2.53 Ghz 256 PC800 RDRAM 64 MB GeForce 3 TI200 Things take a long time to load in. Â It takes forever to exit the game also. Â I tried lowering the terrain detail to normal, but that did nothing. Â I guess I just have to live with this......

Ok. It turns out it did work. I just didn't have enouch patience to wait for it to turn around and then circle back and then land. As long as he lands I am ok with it

I wish to know how to learn how to make an AI plane land on a landing strip. I have tried all sorts of stuff but I can't seem to get it to work. Anybody know how to do this? If you do, just let me know...

Somebody on the OFP Ed Center said this: heres what you do: *put a move wp near the airstrip. (ahead of it, so the plane will be aligned for the approach) *in that wp, put this on the ON ACTIVATION box: planename land "land" *that shall make the plane land... then you can give him more waypoints by doing this: **put a trigger like this: TYPE: switch CONDITION: planename ready **after the MOVE wp you created, put a GETOUT waypoint. it'll be reactivated by the trigger (after some types of commands, the unit stops following wp's...untill you do this) **then simply keep giving wp's 2 your guyz... hope this has helped I tried this and it still didn't work. This seems so simple but I can't seem to get it to work for some odd reason. What I have tried over and over again is this: I have the plane lined up with the runway (Malden) about 1 or 2 km away. There is a waypoint in between the Get Out waypoint and where I start that sets the speed to limited. I have the plane moving North which means it is coming from the South side of the runway to land. The Get Out waypoint is at the very end of the runway. The plane just keeps on flying straight or will turn to the right. What am I doing wrong? Please somebody let me know... I feel stupid

This doesn't seem to work. The plane slows down but it just keeps flying straight and doesn't land. Anybody else know how to do this?

Ok. I have a mission where I first go into an enemy controlled area and destroy all the enemy forces. Once that First objective is completed, the trigger triggers enemy reinforcements to come in. The enemy reinforcements are a total of three groups. Each group is a mechanized infantry squad. I have each group labled grp20, grp21, and grp22. The Second objective of the mission is to destroy the enemy counterattack. I have the following sensor to detect this objective: class Item7 { position[]={8165.000000,8.000000,3160.000000}; age="UNKNOWN"; expCond="((""fleeing _x"" count units grp20) + (""not alive _x"" count units grp20)) == count units grp20; ((""fleeing _x"" count units grp21) + (""not alive _x"" count units grp21)) == count units grp21; ((""fleeing _x"" count units grp22) + (""not alive _x"" count units grp22)) == count units grp22"; expActiv="L6 globalchat ""Objective 2 is Completed""; ""2"" objstatus ""DONE""; objective2=true"; class Effects { }; synchronizations[]={}; }; The problem I am having is that when just ONE of the groups are destroyed, it says the objective is complete but I want it to be complete when ALL of the groups are destroyed. Anybody know how I can make a sensor which will be triggered when ALL three of the groups are destroyed? Please let me know. Thanks

Ok thanks guys. Â I'm going to try what you guys said to do. Â I'll test the mission in the morning and I'll let ya'll know if it worked or not. Â Seems like it should work. Â Anyways, my mission does end after that second objective. Â I have a trigger that if Objective 1 and 2 are completed, the mission ends and is accomplished. Â I don't know if it works yet though.
