Hi there. Me and my friend decided to play some OFP after a very long break, so we both installed our games and my buddy created a server. The thing was, I couldn't see it. We checked that we had the numbers right, tried with sockets, I tried to create a server, but to no avail. We even tried to shutdown our firewalls, but still no go. Anybody who can give a solution? Thanks in advance.

Yes, we were using the correct IP and port. No router problems or anything like that. I figurered that maybe OFP was messing around, so I tried to join his game through ASE, but that didn't work out either.

Yeah, we tried with DirectPlay. Didn't work out... It's annoying. We were all worked up and then we couldn't even play.

That solved my problem... Changed the aperature size from 256 to 128. Oh, and I have a Radeon 9800 Pro.

Yes, a very nice addon indeed! I'm having tons of fun just by flying around and crash into mountains! Now i'm gonna test some stingers on the fella...

I agree. The M60 and the PK are way to inaccurate. No one want's to play them anymore!

We've got the same problem, MSMS_KDXer. But i'm using Win98SE, though... And 64 DDR ram on my Radeon. Could it be the Radeon's pain-in-the-ass drivers?

I have almost the same specs as Boss. I have a Radeon 7200 though.... It's very choppy on mine too. The first time I go into a vehicle: A little lag. The first time I zoom with my weapon: A little lag. It's very annoying!

I think they are talking about the un-official addons. I cant wait to try the Vietnam mod... It reminds me of "Platoon"...
