I live in Canada. Around here, most laws aren't enforced unless someone speaks out. In Toronto, there are LOTS of child porn industries. But none of them get closed down because no one cares. OICW doesn't have the G36K in it. The rifle part is only based on the G36. Â Most of it was designed by Americans and not Germans, so that might explain all the questionable components. I don't think that one kind of Government can lead it's country through anything: A Communist govt is best during a Depression. A Dictatorship is best during war-time. A Democracy is best during peace-time. An ideal society would be able to switch between the three. Â But that kind of society is idealistic, and might not be very practical.

The Sig 550 is another beautiful rifle. But SigSauer doesn't export rifles because Switzerland has laws against exporting weapons. Sig Arms is the international Sig Sauer, but they only manufacture civ-spec versions of the military weapons. And if another country starts using Switzerland's weapons, it might offend the Swiss.

The AN-94 is the best gun in the world. Cheap too. But it hasn't proven it's worth. The AK47 has been used in every country in the world and has gone through Hell and back.

I think the world should adopt a rifle that's proved it's worth. But in a more...
