I don't know, but Submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) systems fielded by all the world nuclear powers already ensure that there won't be another war like WW2, or all parties involved will face mutual destruction. Since submarines are undetectable, they can survive the first wave of any attack and are in position to retaliate with their warheads.

I think it meets the minimum specs, but if I want it to run Arma 3 smoothly with graphics quality cranked up, what part of it should I upgrade? Historically upgrading the RAM for me works wonders, but in this case I think 12gb of RAM is already a lot.
