Sorry, haven't tried this yet, but if e4 doesn't exist, then the result of (count units e4) should be zero and hence the lines of code are the same. Then again, I may not be right - good job though.

For more information, you could try the Harpoon community <a href="www.harpoonhq.com" target="_blank">Harpoon HQ</a>. Try the encyclopedia which has a lot of imformation on just about any warship you could think of. Database encyclopedia Ed

What's this about a Cessna Dragonfly, the BAC Strikemaster is the way to go! According to Wikipedia, it's currently in service with Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, Kuwait, Singapore, Kenya, NZ, Ecuador, Sudan and was used by Botswana. Seems to fit the theatre perfectly! (and it's currently being made for Flashpoint )

That last plane looks like a Bae Strikemaster (although I am probably wrong) but it would be great for use by a small African nation - I am pretty sure that Oman has/had some.

I still use minidisc - unlimited storage and 1GB per disc. Plenty enough for me

Its big brother - without the stupid people

The Northern part of Somalia (former British Somalia) is remarkably peaceful, especially compared to the area around Mogadishu. It has withdrawn from the Somali union and is trying to leave peacefully. Shame no other government in the world will recognise it. Somaliland.Gov

Brilliant. I didn't bother much with shooting the zombies, I just got in the truck and mowed them down!

Try viewing various pages through the Dialectizer Heres William Porter's blog in hacker speak. Notice the "leet" Royal guards! Blog I'll leave you to experiment with different "styles"

We did have a teacher who would throw lumps of sodium into the school pond, but apart from that, look at this article from wikipedia. Most of the methods of generating power on these pages seem to violate one of the mainstays of science - that you can't build a perpetual motion machine, and you certainly can't build a machine which releases more energy than it takes in. Energy cannot be created (or destroyed)

Walker, your method for generating hydrogen sound very much like a displacement reaction. Why not just dump some potassium in the water - that would create hydrogen sure enough!

At least Britain can't do worse than last time! GO BRITAIN

This seems to be just a hydrogen powered device. Electrolysis split water into hydrogen and oxygen, which then burn to form water - hance that water formation. This is a very violent reaction and is used to power the space shuttle - I am not surprised it melted these things. However, that car is most likely a fake as the electricity used in the electrolysis comes from the rotation of the motor. For it to work he would have to create energy from nowhere (or have a really big battery ) If it was true, it would probably have appeared in new scientist or another more scientific journal. (It is Fox after all )

It is unlikely that it is too cold. The original intel 386 had a minimum operating temperature of -40 C, and it unlikely that the minimum operating temperature for any chip will be above 0 C.

Even if they aren't stock vehicles, someone will probably make them!

Which islands have grass in them? (The FFUR 2006 picture had grass in them, but I couldn't find any in game.) Thanks Ed

I use Grisoft free AVG as a virus scanner. It work really well, has very quick and regular updates, a large database and its free.

I am planning to make several missions in Iran, but I am stuck for some Iranian armour. All the ex-russian stuff that I have has big red stars painted all over it, which is not really desirable. Preferably some russian armour without red stars on them. Any camoflage scheme will do. Thanks Ed

Brilliant, thanks alot. Ed

I don't know whether there is any truth in this, but I seemed t find that sometimes, installing new addons caused this. I may just be my imagination though.

If this part is true, it would allow large speeds, but as you said, it is just a theory, just like many of the ones that would allow Star-Trek warp speeds!
-
If the universe followed Newton's Laws perfectly, there would be no problem in reaching large speeds as long as you can carry enough fuel. According to Newton's second law, F=ma This means that if you apply a force to something, it will accelerate at the same rate, no matter what its initial speed in. this means that you could in theory attain almost infinite speeds (but it would take you just as long to slow down, unless you hit a planet ). However, Einstein came along and said that you can't do this because as you increase you speed, your mass will also increase like so, m = m0/sqrt(1 - v^2/c^2) (m0 is the rest mass) You can see here that as the velocity of the spaceship approaches the speed of light ©, the bottom half of the fraction approaches 0. This means that the mass of the spacecraft inceases as it approaches the speed of light. A larger mass needs a larger force to accellerate it, and so to reach the speed of light would require and infinate force, and therefore infinite energy (damn ) However, if you can increase the speed of light, or travel to another dimension where light travels faster, the maximum speed that you can reach also increases, allowing you to visit place that are further away.

Its the weak force, not the light force But the rest of them are right , it is involved in radioactive decay, especially beta decay

Gravity is the weird force, all to the other fundemental forces (strong, weak and electromagnetic) are included in the standard model of particle physics, but gravity and gravitons don't seem to quite fit in. This is largely to do with the fact that no gravitions have been detected or observed, where as the others (W and Z bosons and photons) have been. There are several experiments bening designed at the moment to investigate the properties of gravity, but this isn't easy given the fact that it is extraordinarly weak. A body the size of the earth only provides an acceleration of 9.8ms^-2 ! LIGO and LISA (in space) are two examples of these. This is just one example of a Grand Unified Theory (GUT), of which string theory and M-brane theory are just two. There are others which go in and out of fashion, and will continue to do so until one of them is proved.

I though Galileo was the gps system being built by the ESA, not an imaging sat. Straight from the horses mouth ESA - What is Galileo
