How about the Kirov?

Modern artillery can fire laser guided rounds. Whilst this may seen a little ott, they could be used with great accuracy to attach soft armoured vehicles. In an artillery exchange of fire, the would have to be at least one side with artillery left, so it may still be of some use today.
