I know two ways to succesfully fix this, first off here are my computer Specs. AMD Athlon 3200+ 1GB PC 3200 Golden Dragon Geil ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 256 MB. I have an onboard sound card that comes with the ABIT KV7 Motherboards called Vinyl. Anyway, I had this problem back when 1.91 was still the main patch. I had my computer overloaded with crap, such as bad drivers, not bad just old ones that had piled up. Also computer was quite infected with spyware. Did you know that the google toolbar likes to get infested with things ad aware and spy bot cannot detect. The google toolbar allows things to cling to it. Anyway, I update to 1.96 beta... when it came out which allows the " -nomap" function to work. Basically just make a shortcut from the game exe that you are playing... and add " -nomap" after it with the space and click "OK". After this if it dosen't work I would suggest to fromat your computer, and get all recent drivers.. "Hint" Dont use the drivers that came on the disc for your software get the latest stuff. Common Websites For video cards are: www.ati.com www.nvidia.com www.intel.com etc..etc.. If you cant find your drivers please visit.. www.driverguide.com Username: Drivers Password : all After I formatted OFP ran fine without me having to use nomap. I am trying to make it so when I start the mission I am making , the fire is already on. It seems there is some kind of init command that would work for various other things too, is there a list of Init commands and am I tottally off and have no idea what I am talking about

Resistance is running at 1.91 I might have the beta patch, I installed that to see if it would help, my arperture is running at 128 mb.

Ok, I have looked through any FAQ or troublshooting example I could find on this site to help me out. Nothing has worked, I have done the -nomap at the end of the shortcut for resistance which is what I currently want to play. I have no add ons installed. Every time I start OFP Resistance I recieve this error message , believe me it is not the Resolution I have tried every stinking one. I have the latest drives from ATI that came out April 4th. or 14th cannot remember. Error Message: This is quite annoying I am a big fan of this game and I really want to play.
