Lanber 2097 (kinda) Browning Maxus First time making all models + textures myself. So, don't be mean like Enad - Who i thought told me they look like shit. :'( Still some textures to do. Scripts ingame for cartridge ejection on the over/under shotgun which is pretty cool. :) -

Not true, beta 72588 is for Arma 2. Although, OA seems to be the the main base for the beta patches since a lot of people use CO, I'm guessing. And, the ArmA 2 beta patch is probably still missing a lot of the newer features brought into the OA betas. -

Edit MAIN in start>regedit, once you moved the folder: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Wow6432Node\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 second option, useful if you have steam. Move all main .pbo files over into new folder(s) and run as mod. -mod=d:\a2; but you will have to move all files back into their original folders if you're going to patch the game. -

I'd like to see little things fixed, like: Weapons models. E.G M16A2 M203 weapon sights still low poly/texture, eyepoint wrong. Add animated ejector ports for all M16 variants/ all weapons. Also add support in OA to enable peq-2 to ArmA 2 content. Islands. Things like hovering trees on slopes. BAF content. Sounds on turret weapons / proxy zasleh on warriors / inverse door actions in Shapur... bla bla. What I'd like to see: Added animations: Steering wheel, reloading static weapons, moving mounted weapons. Making the controls feel more fluid, specifically for movement (easier for CQC, walking over objects, collision model). Improved vehicle handling. Anyway, all improvements in patches are always great, even if they are sometimes missing things I would have liked to have seen. -

Hi, the mousepad thing was just sarcasm. Mousepads are not only used to increase the performance of a mouse, but to protect the surface of desks and the mouse contacts to the desk. Just to clarify that I know why people use mousepads lol. There's not only Harvest Red campaign. Try EW, that'll suit your joystick better. Sounds more like a problem with your graphics card. Perhaps overheating, maybe. 1. try updating your graphics drviers: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk 2. Try running the game on lowest settings and see if that makes any difference at all. OR checking temps.

5770 should suite that current system well, and at least improve the playability of the game and should work well anyway for lower resolutions. No point in going for something like a 5870 - unless you're planning on upgrading everything - because the rest of the system will become the bottleneck.

I came here looking for a multiplayer solution too. I found one myself (for the snow at least). taking this from the config posted above: init = "[_this select 0,9] exec '\NIM_Weather\NIM_Snow.sqs'"; then converting it in a trigger to (this/that/[] it doesn't matter), as long as it's not a local variable: [this,9] exec "\NIM_Weather\NIM_Snow.sqs" you will get a small script error, but nothing game breaking. snow -

I'm dumb Confused now. :) There were the 1.53 betas, and there was a 1.53 patch I have seen that came with BAF preview version. :)
