Ok Im having a problem with the Start SLX bat. I installed the mod but I cant open it with the bat

Im not sure if its just my unintellegent mind or if its just a problem some ppl are getting but I downloaded the mod and installed it just the way you said too but I cant seem to get it running, I cant seem to drag anything in game and my AI are still stupid. little help pls
