The Nimrod, it's a funny looking beast but I like it And the latest version just looks odd with the new engines. Although possibly not as odd as the AEW

Indeed, you still in the area then? Just tried them now and they are very nice, they also remind me of the hangers in RAF St Athan near the gate to Picketston, I think they are/were used for servicing Nimrods, only difference is they have an extra roller shutter door above the main doors to allow the tail to pass through.

Only very losely. Â When I was working at Airbus in Filton about half the manufacturing site is made of Sheds and Hangers like this. That's why the look so familiar then! I'm just accross the road from there at Rolls Royce.

That and the drivers hatch opened the wrong way (up instead of down) which I've corrected. I can release it as is, but since it only has the one exterior view lod which is in the 3000 poly region it really could do with some lower poly lods to go with it. *edit Those flamingos are freaky

Not necessarily, it's just that most of the poly's seem to have gone into forming the hull making it difficult to cut them down without losing the shape of the ferret.

I realise that they might be meant to represent dunes, we have some large areas of dunes in this country too, but most of the dunes I've been to have grass growing on them in parts, the sandy area of Nogova is bare, closer to a desert than dunes. I think it's a matter of personal preference but I think it looks much better without that sandy area, whether it's meant to be desert or dunes.

The current armed version has the basic mount for a reason, it's meant to represent a field modified LR rather than one that was designed for the purpose, like this one: -

Funny I wasn't aware I'd started on the SAS Landies, must have done it when I wasn't looking You'll have to use the empty LR method because the helmets on the units in the DPM pack don't appear if they start off inside by default. -

Been away over the weekend, as Swifty said I've been tinkering with it whilst working on the Land Rover pack. I'll be giving it a look over tonight to see what's left, if anythin, to be done with it with an aim of getting it released ASAP Who has had a hand in it so far? I got the model from Blackdog, I believe that Sigma did the config and got it in game and of course Oberon3D created it and the textures. Who else has a finger in the pie as it were, how long is the list of credits going to be in the readme?

Glad you all like them Hmmwv, if you like the door anims, there are a few more not accessible via the action menu like the vents below the windscreen and the sunvisors -
It could be either ME, 2000 or XP in Windows Classic mode they all look pretty much the same, the only give away is when you open the start menu and it's got the windows version up the side of it.

Is there anyway to limit the zoom on a vehicle based on the JeepMG class? At the moment if you press and hold the + key you can pick off targets well beyond the range AI snipers will engage at. I'd like to be able to limit the amount of zoom on the weapon optics so that the AI has a fighting chance, I've had a look through the commented config but can't see anything obvious in there. Have I overlooked something or is the amount of zoom for each class hard coded?
