Just give us what we want. No Linux = less servers = less sales = less profits. I don't know about BIS but im in business to make money and keep my customers happy.

We recently put a dedicated server on Direct Play. It runs great but there is one problem someone might be able to shed some light on. When you click "Direct Play" then "Internet" to find servers using Direct Play the server shows up. But when you click on it, it always says "connecting failed", as well as all the other servers listed do. The only way to get there is to click "Direct Play", then "remote", then punch in the ip and then it will show up on the list again and when you click on it you go right in. Why won't it do it the other way?

Found a great Resistace server thats running on Direct Play with VON and all the other goodies Res has to offer. Direct Play with remote ip 209.240.25.25 port 2304 Fraghaus

The flying tank isn't a cheat code, its a glitch. Â All you need is a couple satchels and a tank on cadet mode so it dont blow it to smithereans when you set those satchels off. I've only been playing OFP for about 9 months and saw my first hand cheater a couple weeks ago. Â He was 5 feet away from me firing off a Strela like it was a semi automatic... Â Needless to say he was banned within a few minutes. But that cheat is easy to see. It's those ones out there that have some type of invincible mode or somthing that are harder to detect. www.fraghaus.com is a good OFP server, cheating isn't tolerated.

How can you put a Resistance Server on Direct Play instead of Sockets??

We are talking about how to put a Resistance server on Direct Play instead of Sockets. Â We know how to talk during a game on Direct Play and are aware of the TS, GV, and RW's that are out there. Thats why we wanna try out the server on Direct Play. Â So we can use VON again. Â But don't know how to change the server to Direct Play.
