Hi Mr Frag, thx for the answer, i presumed that it´s a problem with multitexturing or mipmapping, i had a similary prolem in deus ex and disabling multitexturing in the advanced setup of the 3d-engine worked fine for me. but where can i find this option in operation flashpoint? i can not disable multitexturing in the ati-driver nor in directx, even in the registry it´s not possible. and in opf there is no option to disable it (or i did´t find it) so any idea where to disable multitexturing? is there a hidden advanced setup for opf? greetings, DigiJo (small announcement: i wonder that in some other games multitexturing works fine )

again i forgot something, it is very important to deinstall all software (the ati mmc) and drivers for the ati and delete all ati-files (the ati*.inf-file´s too) from your harddisk. then start your system with standard-vga-card from the windows-cd and install the new drivers. otherwise you get an driver-mix and problems.. greetings, DigiJo

hi gambba, seems to be you have installed the wrong driver, as i know the rage fury is not the same as the all in wonder 128 pro.. (even if they have both the rage 128 pro on board) try the 4.13.7192 from ati , they are fast and stable. (i have the same card) here is the link: http://support.ati.com/drivers/winme/winme_r128_4137192.html greetings, DigiJo

Hi, ok first my system: win98se direktx8.0a celeron2 780mhz 256mb ram asuscuv4x with via694z ati all in wonder 128 pro 32mb with rage128pro chip on agp2x system is quite stable, all the harware runs on newest drivers. noprobs in hardwaremanager etc. here is the problem: i have corrupted graphics on the groundtextures in opf , flickering needle stripes. they appear mostly in forests, sometimes on hills or in the desert, depending on the light. but only the ground-textures are affected. everything else in opf works fine, i play opf mostly in 800x600 resolution, 32bit colour-depths with about 20 to 30 frames /second ok: thats what i tried: reading faqs ;-) reading many foren set graphic-card to agp4x and 2x set everything to standard (my system is overclocked, but with original-speed it´s the same) tried every driver for the ati tried every updated for opf (at the moment it´s 1.40) tried every resolution and colour-depths in opf but everytime the same, flickering small stripes on the ground textures.. is this a know bug in opf? has somone a solution for this problem? thx for help in advance, greetings, DigiJo
