@Aculaud: I've seen it as well. For instance on the first level (the museum), playing lone wolf with 30 terrorists, I remember shooting at the terrorist in one of the top rooms and hitting that stupid pyramid in a glass thing and the terrorist ran around the corner. And the hostages always panic if a bullet hits near them.

Saddam built around 10 new palaces since the embargos have been in place.  He doesn't give a rat's ass about his people.  He uses it as a propaganda tool.  Don't lecture to us how the Iraqi's are starving.  Saddam using chemical weapons on his own people, by that I mean the Kurds. This comes from a USIA News Report "(Up to 200,000 Kurds believed tortured, killed) (600) By Robin Newmann USIA European Correspondent Geneva -- American forensic anthropologist Dr. Clyde Snow says he has reports which reveal that 100,000 to 200,000 Kurds have disappeared and are believed murdered by Saddam Hussein's regime." P.S. Also those are U.N. not U.S. sanctions, get your facts straight Pete.  The U.S. is not to blame for everything.

No, but attacking refugee camps with tanks and displacing people of certain ethnic background then moving in on the land they once had IS ethnic cleansing. Ethnic cleansing do not have to be about death camps.<span id='postcolor'> That may be so but your answer does not pertain to my original question. Blowing up buildings used by snipers or as safe houses for terorist groups is not "the expulsion, imprisonment, or killing of ethnic minorities by a dominant majority group." They are not being targeted because they are a minority they are being targeted because they commit terrorist acts or harbor those who do. The terrorists' actions may be ethnically motivated but taking action against those who attack you is not discriminating towards their ethnicity. Hitler's final solution, japanese american internment camps, the conflict in bosnia and kosovo are all examples of ethnic cleansing but this is not one of them.

If this was touched on before I am sorry. I didn't read past page 7. </span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">"if you'd do your reading, you would find out they cleared the buildings out before they blew them up." Ethnic cleansing. This is what Slobodan is on trial for you know.<span id='postcolor'> This is the most incoherent thought Longinius has had yet. Clearing buildings before you blow them up is ethnic cleansing?! What the crap is that? On another note, look at the Israeli war of Independence. The muslims are not interested in coexistence with Israel. 5 arab armies simultaneously crossed the border into Israel the very day it was formed.

" Hamburg - " Hamburg evening papers " reports in the on Mondays output, a French captain warned the Serbs before the pending application of the Sfor peacekeeping force. The page quotes the US special emissary for the Balkans, Shaun Byrnes, with the words: " a French officer revealed the internal message. " Voucher for it are heard Handy discussions between the Frenchman and a high-ranking officer of the Bosnian-Serbian police in the city Foca. On Thursday the Frenchman called the officer at 6.26 o'clock. " what is the matter? Why drive to it (the Sfor) the whole night here rum? " the police officer asked. The French captain answered: " Foca and its environment are always for us interesting, today particularly. " The Serb back-asked: " why? " The response of the Frenchman is to have been: " that is nevertheless well-known. " The 56 years old psychiatrists is accused since 1995 by the UN tribunal of genocide, crime against the humanity and offences against the international law of war. " That was the babelfish translation from altavista. I got the jist but could you fix where it is utterly confusing?

Here is one my dad told me: He, who was a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy Reserve, was serving as a the damage control officer aboard a LST (Landing Ship Tank), either the Page County or the Shanoamish(sp?) County, during the Vietnam "Conflict". Â He was on shore leave in Saigon when he took a cab (or its equivalent) but the driver was headed the wrong way. Â So he pulled out his .45 and put a round in the chamber and the driver apollogized and started going the right way. I'm not sure if he witnessed this first hand but a couple of guys from his ship were playing catch with a cuncusion grenade. Â And before long one of them was blown all over the side of the ship. This one is when he got back to the states: He and his twin brother (who was also a Lt JG in the USNR but never went to Vietnam) were at a club when an ensign asked him what the V stood for on his Vietnam Action Medal (I think that's what its called) so he and his brother told it was for not getting VD while he was over there. Another story I got is from my recruiter when he was a DI (Drill Instructor). Â It was on the grenade range and a female recruit had to pull the pin and lob the grenade from the hole. Simple ya? Well apearantly not because she pulls the pin and drops the grenade. Â So he had to pick it up as fast has he can, throw it and then protect the recruit from the blast. Â Suffice it to say she was recycled. My personal favorite is when I was at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Â We had to get up at 4:30 in the morning and get ready for a good 6 or so hours of testing and filling out papers and what not. Â I didn't get much sleep because my nerd of a roomate's friends called the hotel room, because my roomate was shipping out so he wanted to party. Â And breakfast was terrible, runny eggs, nasty bacon strips, expired milk and orange juice. Â The orange juice was the only thing that could be considered drinkable, Army food really does suck and don't get me started on those damn MREs (Meals Rejected by Etheopia). Â The only thing noteworthy was that one of the recruits couldn't do the piss test and it took him about 4 hours, no joke. This last one is from a friend of mine who is in the Air National Guard. Â During weapons training you are supposed to go up to the line load your gun, fire at the target, remove the clip, clear the chamber and put the gun on safety and then go back to the start. Â Well the guy next to my friend was real experienced with weapons so he lagged behind and hadn't finished firing when the horn was sounded to return to stop firing. Â So he got confused and just goes back to the start. Â Then one of the TIs (Training Instructor?) goes up to him and rips the rifle right out of his hands and pulls the trigger and it fires. Â The idiot didnt even have it on safety.

Yes, a ball is a 3-deminsional circle, or sphere. While a football is elliptical.

I know they were planning to bomb the dams in N.Vietnam in an attempt to flood the rice paddies so that they could starve out the V.C. But the politicians were afraid that it would cause Soviet casualties so they didn't. I also know that most of the bombs were dropped in S.Vietnam, not in the North where they should have been. I also know that the U.S. could have won the war with half the casualties if the politicians just had some balls and bombed the North. <span id='postcolor'> And this validates your opinion of why America fought the Vietnam Conflict? Tyler what do you know about Vietnam? Also we only carpet bombed their FRONT LINES and we used precision bombing on their instillations to minimize collateral dammage. Â And as soon as we did that the entirety of enemie resitance seemed to have collapse overnight. Â I'm sorry you do know shit. Â You're not a politician, you're not a tactician, you're not a historian and you're not a political analyst. Â You are just someone with way too much damn time on his hands. Â I have researched Vietnam and I am going to be shipped over to Afghanistan in 9 months ( I'm in DEP and I have to get BCT and AIT out of the way and I know I'm going to Afghanistan because my unit is the 101st ABD and I enlisted last July) and I don't have only an inclination as to the truth of what is really going on. Â So in other words I do know shit either. Post Scriptam Also terrorism is commited by Organizations not Individuals, you don not wake up one day and say "I'm gonna go blow that up" you are recruited. {Edit} just fixing grammatical errors.

What's the point of having fixing the buildings if you run right through the wall? The urban fighting in this game is pathetic to say the least.
