Fire a flare? I thought you get told to retreat when your squad gets killed (getting you to the Strange Meeting mission). -
It's because parachutes are considered vehicles, so it can't be fixed.

That command is used to stop units from using the radio for any kind of commands, not just the Radio Alpha/Bravo etc. commands.

Well that's not really realistic...but you can always remove the radio with the description.ext file.

I just crawl from the forest and start shooting the enemy in that mission. -

The leader of the group can use the radio.

Or you can use rus_vlajka.pac for the USSR flag. -
I think you can change the player's side with scripting, but I have no idea how.
