The A-10 also has to start at a pretty big distance from the Shilka or it won't destroy it. -

You can get Winter Kolgujev and Winter Everon at OFP Editing Center. -
How to add infantry ammo to vehicles

Those vehicles can't carry ammo unless you make new addons and define them to be able to carry ammo. -
How about Hidden & Dangerous?
