    Sorry to stomp on The Shadow's question (answer him 1st!wink_o.gif but I was just wondering (and I posted this one in another topic too), are you (Laser = the MAN) ever thinking about creating any regular US army units? Not marines or anything, just your regular-interceptor-battle-armour-1st-infantry-division-big-red-one-grunts?

    Seriously good stuff man, loving your addons.

    P4 3.4, 2GB Corsair DDR2, 256MB G6 6800 GTO, 10000rpm Raptor, etc etc need I say more?

    I can run a full scale tank battle (all addon tanks, M1A2 SEP, T90, BMP 3M2, M2A2) with a platoon of supporting infantry for each side (HYK USSol + RHS RFMI) as well as grass generation, on Mapfact Nogova at 10fps.

    I love my compy.

    Hey, just a question... Is anyone working on a new version of Gaia? Say, maybe with the nasty BIS unenterable barracks replaced with Mapfact ones? IMO, that would make Gaia at least as good as Mapfact Nogova, and far better than Tonal!

    That said, it might also cause the map to run shockingly, unless you have a compy like mine!!! banghead.gif

    I noticed a few inaccuracies in RHS work, too, but nothing serious (unless you're an insanely perfectionist guy like me), like incorrect (as in unrealistic) handle textures, etc. And ORCS has an AK47 too. Woot.

    On the other hand, RHS has a fully sick V94. Love that weapon! And I completely agree with the better configging, etc. Finally, I never said RHS' weapons were ugly! I can't even create a barrel! notworthy.gif

    Finally, someone who thinks along my lines! But yeah, maker-of-topic, definitely use RHS' pack.

    Anyway, I was going to ask (at the risk of being shafted), is there any mod to mod animosities where ORCS is concerned? Noone seems to be too happy with them (except me). Why is this?

    I use RHS' stuff meself! (Well, everything but the AKs/PK/SVD).

    A bit of config modding makes the "Mod-who-should-not-be-named" weapon's pack almost as good as RHS'.

    Ah, I give up, eh. Guess I'll be up all night reconfig'ing those RFMI, GRU and SOBR units again. D'oh.
