Well said. Like above, I'm trying to cut down on my whining - it's not like BIS have some kind of forum-watcher who's like: "Holy crap, CameronMcDonald is complaining about unit switching again! Rip it out of the code ASAP!" "People are asking for better AI! Set the release date back 16 years!" "ACU OTVs? What is an OTV? Somebody google ACU and OTV!" "People think William looks ugly! You can make almost any unit compatible with ECP, but you can only do it via the mission editor (or the config, I'm fairly sure). See the ECP readme for details.

Nah, sorry mate. I don't mean to sound like a twat, but I'm only doing the units I can use in my mod. I wish there were two of me, though if you decide to undertake it yourself, I can help. Damnit, no matter how I word that I sound like a wanker. Ah well.

Thanks for the link Parvus, but I can't seem to find any links on that page... some help? Oh, and before you guys lay into me, I forgot to increase the canvas size of my pics, so that's why the shadows are somewhat cut off.

RF MI 2 Defending Lipany's office complex and under fire, a RF grenadier demonstrates the correct way to snap-fire the GP25 on his AK74 - finger off the trigger, leaf sights down. For those of you who had nightmares with OFP's difficulty? Pah, I laugh at those crap players. I liked it, far more objective (and less slanderous) that that god-forsaken German one.

Thanks, mate - I seriously thought you had to add it somehow! Shows how much I know about photography. BTW I'm still fiddling with your mission, I'm about to get to the bottom of the sound problem. All RSCs have been spell/grammar checked - looking good! Will get back to you soon.

Jesus Christ... I've never seen so many gigabytes! I prefer having a bit of free space rather than fully unique islands, thanks. And Quake Wars looks weird. I don't like it one bit.

Hey mate, thanks... I don't even pretend to be in same league as Parvus. My settings are pretty nutcase but my pics are also photoshopped. The way Parvus runs his OFP is worthy of mention, mine runs in 1280x1024 (cause my freakin' monitor won't go any higher). However, I use PSP 9, and have sharpened each pic once or twice. That's why the ACU looks weird. I also run colour correction and hue saturation to give the faces a bit 'o colour. I need to find a way to add a photo border to them to make them look fully shmick, but no luck as yet. AFAIK, Parvus runs his OFP at 1600x1200, making his pics far and away better than most other peoples.

Great video... I like very much. That narrator has a bloody monotonic drawl, though. No offense, but jeez, turned the sound off almost straight away. I wonder if you can get plugged in the parachute this time. Pity about the fixed aim, I enjoyed being able to see over my shoulder and what not. Blast eh. Was highly impressed by the shadows of the rotors shown in the Cobra. Obviously, the Army is giving its riflemen piloting courses in USMC craft, but that's a moot point. Good to see standing players are somewhat less vulnerable that OFP. And I like how the AI walk with weapons ready, rather than just going prone every 5 seconds - that really pisssed me off. As I've said 15000 times, character switching = gay. Not nitpicking, merely an opinion. If you're going to shaft me, do it via PM. I hate those double beep two way radio sounds. Are they realistic? Seriously, it sounds horrible. I preferred the small burst of static at the end of OFP radio messages. Grass is awesome. The terrain is beautiful... I thought I was in Rockhampton for a moment in there. Animations look nice and smooth. Can't wait... most of the things I have fears about can be fixed. <sigh> I can rest easy, tonight. -

Myself, I detest Steam. I must be one of the few players who doesn't play games online, or even on a computer without online capability. Therefore, AA over Steam would probably mean my upgrading capabilities would be crippled. Everyone else would be camping around v1.xx while I'm still at 1.00, unless of course, stand-alone patches are released. Please don't use Steam, BIS? Please? -
Seconded, the M1s look too original OFP, if you know what I mean. Nice to see those commander MGs!

This game is gonna kick ass, graphically, in any case. I'm practically so pissed off it's not released, I'm gonna have to go to the gym and let out some anger. Crap.

Damn straight, KFC. I'd love to see some built in suppressing and/or random fire scripts - eg, plugging a bush if the AI sees you jump in, machinegunners firing away while the rest of the squad advances... the more I go on, the more unlikely it seems, but hey, it'd be nice!
