Jeeez, as a lurker here it sure is a PITA to read these "You stole my mama"-arguments. People, when yoy release something for OFP, just like any other modded games, be nice. Just say yes, we should have mentioned you, sorry, we thought we had asked. After all, everything is still legally BIS stuff so how can anyone steal anything in OFP? Just show some common decency and respect!

Checking for whole group in vehicle
Clifford replied to Clifford's topic in OFP : MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
Sgt. Wilson: Would that last example line produce a zero, then? And another problem I´m facing here is whether the hostage counts or not. Is it added to the group when it joins them? Still haven´t tried every solution, I want it done right, so I´m playing through the mission several times to check for bugs. Probably played it through over a hundred times already, for various reasons ;) -

Ahh. thanks a lot. Stuff you can´t find in your average tutaorial, I´m afraid. -

m21man: Tried dozens of variations on that, seems it won´t accept it as a condition in the trigger. SgtWilson: Good one, had to change it slightly, since the pilots aren´t part of the group, therefore it should equal -2 rather than 0. Only problem is if one of the pilots are dead, then the mission won´t end. Haven´t tried the other two yet, will do now. -
I´ve got a group of four BAS rangers extracting with the BAS Blackhawks built-in extraction-script. (radio 001 and the chopper comes flying, no WP´s or scripts needed) Now I want the mission to end when everyone alive is aboard that chopper, not just the group leader. I´ve tried different approaches, often involving the "foreach"-command, but I just can´t get it to work. How do I make it end when the WHOLE group is aboard the chopper, not just one guy? I can´t name the guys a,b,c,d and then check if they´re in the chopper, because if one of them is dead, he can´t board, and the mission won´t end. What should I do?

Thanks, helped alot.

How do I use it (endmission)? BTW, I have a suspiscion that the last remaining tango might be displaced inside a building or something. Now and then I get a "unknown" on my target list, although I can´t see anyone around.

After having played mission 4 in the insurgency campaign three times now, I have to see if someone else suffers the same bug, namely: After having cleared the town of Ixtlan of all tangos, the third (and last) objective still won´t clear. Area one & two are marked as clear, but I´ve been running around like crazy trying to find tangos. They just aren´t any left, but still the mission won´t end. BTW, I have the patch (1.1) and 1.92, no other problems with my computer, no CTD´s, nothing. Just this never ending mission. Anyone else that is having this problem?

One thing that hasn´t been discussed that much yet is the endless supply of BETA addons out there. Many of them seem finished, some of them lack textures, others yet are called things like "final beta 1.1". This is something that should be corrected. With the OFPEC TAG system and AAE, could you not add a system for defining final products? How about letting all addons be released as they are released today, and only get the AAE "treatment" when tested by us, the part that actually bother to test EVERYTHING no matter if it looks like a vector based tank from the Amiga days. What I mean is that it is very tiring with all the 1.1 upgrades, final "final" releases, update packs and so on. I´ll still download them, but the majority of players want to know that when they get an addon from the net, they can expect a working, fully developed addon, and not having to download it again a week later. Therefore, AAE could also be used as a way of saying "this ones done, finito, and I´m not upgrading it again. Ever"
