These guys should all get together and make "Grognard Publishing Inc" Â Poor, poor ignored sim community. Â Get those hardcore flight sims out there, those under the radar combat games... Â I mean, how is it possible that I see a game like "Jet Fighter Smash Brothers" on the shelf, but not exOperation Flashpoint 2? Â I mean, I really liked VietCong, didn't have quite the realism, but the feel was right, and the SP was amazing. Â If you could have a group like that, not a "game publisher, but a Sim Publisher" then the Grognard name would mean the same to Grogs as EA used to for Sports. Â I thought that was what IDEA was... but doesn't seem like it.

Agreed. I used the box method, (Disgusing output compared to most of you guys, probably why I got a C in woodshop.) and with a 22" monitor, its just... magnifying the points I looks at with my eyes. I'm really torn between the 3d effect, immersion, and the lack loss of clarity. I'd love to have one be a bit a bigger on the sides and top, to actually increase my viewspace. I enjoy it, but not to the extent that I thought I would when I tried it on my bro-in-laws 19" LCD. Nevertheless, it makes games more fun/interesting!

IT would be nice if that was the only way some Non Amphibioius armor, and/or troops could traverse to some areas of the Island. That would make it strategic. Same with mountain passes.

The only problem with Having a Russo-Afghan campaign is the lack of Variety in the Weapons, both sides would be sporting roughly the same equipment. Sounds more like a Mod than an actual production. And I would THINK that during the current mood in the world, that not many people would scramble to play the muhajedeen* but hey, 1/2 the people in CS played Terrorist, and Half played CT eh?

You're also missing the great thing that no jumping mid game is! It's an Idiot filter! Have you been on a server and heard " Hey, put in a chopper, can I fly the chopper, does this mission have a chopper?" I'm sure you have. Now imagine if this guy didn't have to wait in between rounds! He would jump in as West, fly all of their copters, then jump east and drive all of theirs, then, when the match was out of whirlybirds, he would jump out of that game and find the next chopper mission. Anywhere. Thank you for Idiotproofing your game, BIS!

Clean it, then. Wingman 3D hasn't let me down, ever. (cept when I had to open it and clean it.) But I DID it! It's a very nice stick, with 7 buttons and twist!

I'm sure you already DID but make sure it's enabled IN game, they may have reset it with patch. If you already did, um... dunno. Sometimes we miss the small things though.

XP works Fine, from day one, not 1 single problem. People have different hardware, and different controlling software installed, it causes problems. These things are probably not XP's, or OFP's problem, but a mix of OFP,XP, and whatever drivers/hardware they have running. Still, sometimes, a minor tweak can make someone who is crashing have a perfectly fine game. XP is fancy version of the 2000 platform, so If you see "Win2000 compatible" you can be 95% sure it will mostly likely, probably, maybe, kinda work with Xp, Sometimes. Course, your Hardware may be obscure, so who knows. I'll have my meds now.
