Since introduction of 1.14 patch, this addon keeps asking for even handlers. What is it?

I noticed that the recoil on all the weapons is exactly the same - up and to the right. Is it possible to mix a little. Say AK-74U should have much higher dispersion than the AK-74 or AKS. When you get the RPK from the crate, you also pick up ammo drums just like regular AK magazines. That's a bit too much ammo for one guy! Make it like PKM, so that he can get less drums, but cause they have 75 rounds each, that should be fine. If you want to use magazines for the RPK, please leave the drums also, what's the big deal if we have both versions? I like drums much better, plus it is a good balance thing cause the West has automatic gunner and the MG gunner, but the East only have PKM gunner. Underbarrel grenades for Tishina or GP launchers are almost completely useless. I fired one at the group of three soldiers and only scared the shit out of them. Could you please increase the firepower for those grenades? RPG-7V grenades are way stronger than RPG-7VR, twice as strong to be exact. It should be other way around. Also, is it possible to add the TB (thermobaric) grenade for the RPG-7V launcher?

They look great. Thanks for taking on the winter Arma project. Will the units actualy ski around the island?! That would be awesome! If not, sorry to say that, but perhaps other winter shoes are more apropriate for this addon? If any of you ever WALKED in ski boots, you know the meaning of the phrase "walking with a stick up your ass". Bunny boots perhaps? Is there any chance to see Russian winter camo guys also? What about Independent?

Sigma, I don't suppose this is a request type of thread, but I was just wondering if in one of your neglecting times you plan to make some Russian cars? I am kind of partial to Russian NIVA little jeep-type of a car.

Is it even possible in Arma to have one commander/radar vehicle for the AA squad? Would be nice to have a commander/radar that can detect air threats, lets say at 4-5 km away, and tell each Sa-6 in the squad to attack different targets. Kind of like a commander in the regular human squad. This way we can avoid all the Sa-6 in the squad firing 2 missiles at the first aircraft they see. Is it even possible to script?

Interesting info on possibility of AT rockets against the choppers: Iraqi Hinds saw particularly heavy action during the Iran-Iraq War of 1980:1988. The gunships were used extensively for ground attack on Iranian troops, inflicting great slaughter and acquiring a fearsome reputation. They were also the first helicopters to engage in serious air-to-air combat with other helicopters, in the form of Iranian AH-1J SeaCobra gunships. It might not have seemed so at first. In November 1980, not long after the beginning of the war with Iraq's invasion of Iran on 22 September 1980, two Iranian SeaCobras crept up on two Hinds and hit them with TOW wired-guided antitank missiles. One Hind went down immediately, the other was badly damaged and crashed before reaching base. The Iranians pulled off a repeat performance on 24 April 1981, destroying two Hinds without loss to themselves. Then the Iraqis hit back, claiming the destruction of a SeaCobra on 14 September 1983; three SeaCobras on 5 February 1984; and three more on 25 February 1984. Things went quiet for a time, and then on 13 February 1986 each side lost a gunship. A few days later, on 16 February, a Hind shot down a SeaCobra, with a SeaCobra claiming a Hind in return on 18 February. The last engagement between the two types was on 22 May 1986, when the Hinds shot down a SeaCobra. The score in the end was 10 kills on SeaCobras and 6 kills on Hinds. The relatively small numbers and the inevitable disputes over actual kill numbers makes it unclear if one gunship had a real technical superiority over the other. It appears that the outcome of the fights was dependent more on the tactical situation and pilot skill than the inherent merits of each machine. Iraqi Hinds also claimed a total of 43 kills against other Iranian helicopters, such as Agusta-Bell Hueys. One Hind even shot down an Iranian McDonnell F-4D Phantom jet fighter on 26 October 1982, though different sources give conflicting details of the incident. So you see, AT rockets engaging the air targets is not so far fetched of an idea. One + goes to BIS! But the fact that you can so easily lock to a target and fire is not a problem with Vikhr in the game, its the Arma's engine. You can TAB eveything so easily! Try flying Franze F-18, the damn thing is a machine gun of missiles even when AI is piloting. One - is for BIS. -

Tried it last night. Well, lots of work is still ahead. Do you plan linking it up to a Straight Flash radar? Is that why this Sa-6 right now can't detect enemy aircraft unless they less than 1 km away? Any other camo patterns coming up later? This one looks like a toy... Forgot to ask. When it travels on roads in safe mod and in formation, could you please make it lower its missiles into safe position, just like in real life. Sorry for so many questions, just was waiting for proper AA defense in Arma even since the game came out.

I'll give Wipman's left hand also to see that truck back in the game! The trailer on Turbosquid is fantastic! Forget the History/Political Science degree, there are too many of those specialists anyway and keep creating addons, there is only one Sigma-6! Seriously now. The game sure can use more civilian vehicles. GMC truck as a technical is a bit too much, the island already has some trucks like that. That GMC looks more like a cargo truck, a green color GMC would of been a better choice for a second GMS model. Even if Sigma finishes a trailer for his Mack, how will that addon work on the island? Not very bright design of roads in this game is a nightmare for AI. Imagine the mack with a trailer trying to go through town and making a turn! Are the truck trailers even possible in Arma to use?

Friend of mine had mentioned once that in OFP you guys were working on Sa-2 air defence system. Is it true? Any chance of seeing it in Arma?

It's too bad that it is a different launch pad... But good news that you are almost done with Sa-5. Are you going to do the LOADs and maps yourself or are you looking for help? Also, did you finish the radars too?

Just took another look at your Sa-5. It looks like it has exactly the same launch pad as Sa-2. If that is correct, just changing to another, smaller Sa-2 missile, you get a new addon, which in my opinion is a little bit more appropriate for Sahrani. If you already started looking at Sa-3 system as a next addon, please consider adding just one missile from Sa-3 to this launch pad of Sa-5, and you get a 3rd addon! Btw, how is the progress coming along?

It is probably a good idea to make two versions of T-72: export Sahrani T-72M version and upgraded Russian T-72B Rogatka. This way those who want to have weaker T-72 in game, they can use T-72M. But for those who want to have somewhat balanced tank battles (like original Arma), they can use modernized version with modern ammo and AT rockets for T-72B.
