The problem I believe is the amount of unnecessary and/or irrelevant avatar chatter or auto-taunt, if you prefer. Original language is an option me thinks. Sic said it plays like Game1 "in heart and soul". That my friends, is good enough for me.

Total Biscuit Review

He is fluent in a second language, that in itself is an achievement and just to make things worse he is presenting a possible gaming success all on his own with some sort of angryvideonerdkid breathing down his neck and cutting him off at every phrase. Hats off gentlemen. Games looking really good. -

Yes, even better, I have toggle HUD (RCTL H) set to one of my Joy buttons, I did not have to restart, just toggle off and then on, thats for teh flight dials, alt/speed etc. I have not repositioned any other elements at this moment. What a way to pass a Sunday afternoon, I was planning on having a little snooZZzzze. Got any tricks to get TrackIR working ? Thanks... -

1: It looks as if it works. I can move the different elements and press Enter to set, go to game = no hud elements/ press delete, everything finds its default position but nothing shows in-game. 2: I am using a seperate profile for ToH. When I use my default profile the result is the same/ no hud elements. I will create a new profile to see what happens and or delete my ToH profile. I can see the interactive stuff (lights/ battery switches on and of) using the default settings 0%, 100%/100%/80%. Hope that helps. The only thing that I have done differently was to use the uninstall exe. to remove the last beta. I will re-install just to check if this is not the cause of the problem... Thanks. ---------- Post added at 01:26 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:03 PM ---------- EDIT:: :D RCTL H fixed it. Seems my HUD was set to off... I'm a lot happier now. Can we move on to the TrackIR problem please. -

Same here: TrackIR 5 not working. Have tried a few tricks to get it working without success. I didn't realise that I was so dependent on the darn thing. Also I have no HUD elements what so ever, I'll see about that later, its probably my difficulty settings. Thanks... -

I've just swapped my good old Fox 2 Pro for a T 16000M, both Thrustmaster and very sturdy. I have gained loads of precision with the new joystick. Very Happy...:)...

Steam only, bye bye... Unlocks will not effect the game play/balance. RO was made, then achievements were added, a lot of people moaned & groaned but at the end of the day "the game remains the same". Have faith people.

I'm having a similar problem with my TM Top Gun Fox 2 pro. Button 2 & 3 which I had previously set to set trim & release trim are not being recognized correctly. To be more clear, when I try to set B3 to release trim, it shows up as B2. I would just like to say that the flight model is becoming really interesting. I've never been in a helicopter (I'm going to fix that in September) but it feels realistic to me. Thanks...

This is indeed a mystery... I lost my sound with the previous release, it is now working, with the latest preview build. X-Fi Gamer, as said before. Probably a Library affair. -

The latest preview broke the engine sound for myself and certainly for some others. I've tried a couple of tricks to get it working but without success so far. If you start up engines (auto) all is fine until the batteries are reset, If I remember correctly. I have reverted back to the previous release and all is working fine again. Thanks. -

Yes, I've lost my "engine sounds", after turning the batteries and starter off. I'll look and see... EDIT: I've tried again, sounds definatly gone awol... X-Fi gamer, E8400 3ghtz, 3 go ram, W7pro, TrackIR5... I loaded without Track IR; no change. Thanks. -
