  1. Still can't get the sound to activate based on time of day. However , I've also got the problem that the sound does not diminish based on the distance from the source.
  2. Yep, only problem is that on activation would be any time of day rather than a specific time. So if the trigger becomes active and say the time is 14:30 then the sound won't play. Sorry but I'm a scriping "newbee" so any help appreciated.
  3. I've trolled the forum to no avail and hope some one can point me in the right direction. I trying to get say church bells or calling to prayers to run a certain times of day based on triggers. If DayTime1 =>10:00 then run sound for 10 minutes or If DayTime2 => 14:00 then run sound for 10 minutes and so on Any help greatly appreciated.
  4. Just started scripting. Is there a wild card to select all soldiers that fall into the USMC_Soldier category rather than say USMC_SoldierWB? ie IF any Multiplayer soldier comes closed to an IED the it will trigger rather than specific soldier types.

  7. Ive just invested in a Lilliput 7" monitor. Great for Teamspeak but is there any way to drag the compass and or the map to the secondary monitor whilst still in game on the main monitor?

    Cheers, I think I figured it out. I've had to remove the key bindings in the user profile for the keys I wanted to change so that you are left with []. Save it. Then set the keys in-game, exit game and make the file read only.

  10. I have tried to locate ships both civil & military for ArmA and have had no luck. Can anyone let me know if there are any addons for ships please!
  11. I am trying to run 2 sqf's within the INIT and cannot figure out the syntax. I am using Kronsky's unit patrol script and want to implement the track script. I have created a game logic for the patrol script names "server" and a game logic for the tracker ,names "server_1" The text string within the INIT of the unit is:- nul=[this,"Alpha","RANDOM","MIN:",1,"MAX:",6] execVM "ups-f.sqf" What is the syntax within the above call for the tracker.sqf?

  15. Keep getting the above message for sounds where ** is the sound number when launching arma. This is the list of mods:- -mod=DBE1;@XAM1.3;@DurgsVegetationFix;@TrueView;@TrueMods;@GMJ_SightAdjustment;@NWD_Ballistics I thing thisissue is relating to either the XAM or TrueMods addons. Any help please?
