Corky, granted you are expressing your opinions but you don't have to push them down peoples throats. Perhaps you should do some reading of your own, too: one, I wrote that I thought the pack was great and nowhere did I mention YOU or implied that YOU had said otherwise! Its amazing how you read yourself into my post! Two, there seems to be a few varying ACU patterns around - a quick google showed up examples that were almost greyscale, green, tan, and yes ones exactly like the Hyk colour. And yeah would love to see SF models in ACU Once again Hyk, top notch work! Is there an ETA of when 2.0 is expected? Like days, weeks, months? Blazin just use the HYK_USsol and HYK_USsol_LSR_JAMcfg - the other one is if you want to use LSR weapons with LSR ammo, not JAM ammo. And bennie1983nl click on the paperclip symbol down the bottom right. -

I reckon they look damn good. The extra weathering makes gives them a more realistic look than the clean version you usually see. When was the last time you saw troops in the field in perfect uniforms? Would like to see the updated SJB weapons instead of LSR but all good -

Ahh ok, but they still dont look the same, ie the "optics" view... Like the M4 ACOG in SJB in optics view has the crosshairs and the rest of the screen blacked out, whereas in FFUR you see the whole scope and have field of view around it too.. -

Is it possible to extract just the FFUR weapons? My system has issues with FFUR but I lurv the small arms from it, any ideas? -
Im one of these players and the issue seems to be when someone is actually in game and has a crash for instance, its as if something is opened, ie like a socket, then when someone crashes that "something" stays open, not allowing the player to reconnect, or even see the server in remote view.

Ok, nice sky effects, the fire is awesome and the bullet impacts throwing up dirt is very cool. But: * Like was mentioned earlier I see vertical craters on things like buildings, bridges, sigh posts... almsot anything. * Some sort of error where I shoot someone, the game freezes and crashes. Also couldnt get the trees or grass to set on fire no matter how much I shot at it... Nice try with some great ideas, but needs more work. -

Well awesome job on the mod, everything looks great... but its stuffed my dedicated server. Since installing 2.5 my ded-server crashes with an OFPR_Server has generated errors message. I uninstalled FFUR and it still crashes. Just vanilla resistence crashes, and it worked just dandy before 2.5 when it was running FFUR 2.0. So, what files does 2.5 change that are NOT in the ffur2006 folder??? NB: Has anyone actually ran a dedicated internet server with 2.5 yet? -

Edit: can a mod maybe move this to an editing thread? FYI if you want to customise the editor screen, you need TexView and the PBO tools found here. Open the RESOURCE.cpp file with notepad (or if it is in .BIN format use CoC BinView to convert it to .cpp) and locate the name of the editor texture you want to change. In FFUR it is "border1_ed" and "border2_ed". Then unPBO the relavant pbo file, open the texture file in TexView and save it as a.TGA file. Edit it in Photoshop or whatever, save it as a 32bit TGA and then using TexView turn it back into a paa or pac file. Stick that back into the unpacked PBO directory overwriting the old one and the makePBO the lot. Replace the pbo the right folder and you're done! Cant wait to see a beta release, even of just the troops. Skegs ones are ok but nothing as good as say Jonnys SF troops. Those models look sweet.

Hey all, I've been perusing through these forums and am wondering if you guys who have been here for years have found mods and/or addons that would make OFP into ArmA or as close as you can get it? Things like grass, terrain textures, infantry, vehicles etc. The "Best mods" thread is pretty dead and hasnt been updated in months and I'm setting up a server soon but want to keep the mod count as lean as possible. Anyway, any info would be great, thanks

Hey guys, A mate of mine is trying to set up a dedicated server with FFUR and gets a "texture aspect ratio 512x32" error message. Any help here would be fantastic, really hoping to get this server up.
