    I guess the FDFMOD has some sort of divers build-in but actually I'm not sure about their capabilities to swim :-) In one of the missions of the "Band of Brothers" FDFMOD coop campaign they were used... greetz

    You are right. The soldier on the roof and the bunch of soldiers standing to the right of him (on the road), pretty much exclude a large area for placing that RPG-soldier. The point is that it would only take him one radio call to direct his buddies on the ground.

    Getting a unit to chase a unit

    Hi, possibly by using the waypoint action "destroy" or "seek and destroy". You should set the heli waypoint directly on that car to chase. Just ensure that you have removed all ammunition from the heli, otherwise it would blow up the car from a distance. But it's just a guess, I did not test it! good luck

    Yes, indeed, the place on the screenshot is on the the opposite side of the town and, as a consequence, is not helpful concerning which armour should be targeted... Nevertheless, it shows the terrain lying behind the position from where the official screenshot had been taken. This might influence someones decision concerning the retreat-route, i.e. escaping to the hills. But, as said in my previous post, this should not mislead to a wrong decision, because the guy from the Australian army will make his decision upon the official one. greetz EDIT: In my opinion, the US tank guarding the crossroad (on the bottom-left) is actually the only target available for a fictive Northern Sahrani RPG-soldier.

    Hi, I recently stumbled over this screenshot, presumably showing the town from the competition screenshot from another perspective. Use the two church towers and the nave as a fixed point for orientation. Just an addon for the discussion but in fact the decision for the RPG-Soldier placement should be based upon the official screenshot... greetz

    Hi, does anyone has a clue about getting the course machine gun of e.g. pzIV or T34 to work? I can neither mount such a tank position by myself nor can I command my men to board this position !? The 1.01 patch should have fixed a bug here: "[...] fixed bugs with course mashine gun. Now it is available on pz3E, pz3E late, pz4 and T34 [...]" thanks in advance greetz

    Problem aiming

    hi, yes I lowered the speed in windows to the minimum but that did not help... btw: quite funny that I just got aware of that aiming problem some days ago, although I'm playing OFP since its release back in 2001 :-) Wondering, if it has been like this all the time...but this would be kind of hard to believe, because I would myself call quite an "attentive" player ;)

    Problem aiming

    Hi, I'm having the same mouse experience, which is mouse cursor moving along fixed coordinates in an "imaginary grid" - like Howser tried to visualize in that animated gif. I tried lowering the refresh rate, played around with certain display settings and resolutions. Moreover, I reactivated my old Logitech PS/2 mouse (ball) - nothing helped. Finally, I came across a post in another thread, where someone proposed to lower the X/Y mouse sensitivity (I guess in another context...) within the control settings of OFP. I decreased it to the minimum and, voilŕ, mouse aiming became much smoother! As OFP is not a high speed ego shooter, like q3, it is still possible to have a satisfiying game experience .... I guess, one has just to get familiar with the decreased mouse speed, it's not that problematic. Nevertheless, it would be more than nice if someone had an explanation for this, ahm, "bug". If some users would post their mouse-hardware together with the info about having the described problem, or not, we could isolate the problem, to an OFP internal problem!?
